I think Son is a bigger problem for Spurs than Richarlison is. With the move for Maddison it negates the need for a Kane type forward that drops deep and creates. It does however mean that wingers that can stretch play/have pace, skill to get crosses in and can float across the front in a fluid 3 are needed. I think Son has regressed massively.
