Not for a player who so many see as a massive improvement on Shaw. Chillwell is a decent improvement but nothing more than that. Would be a waste of money for the price involved.

yep. He literally said he hasn't watched much of Leicester's counter attacks and has focused only on their own play.
They can mix it up better now. Against lower teams they are very good at dominating play.

Because it's not nearly as effective as it once was. He doesn't need to change it entirely, but a few alterations here and there to freshen things up wouldn't hurt.
City still the best when on form. Liverpool have had a lot of luck.
As a footballing team they are a good bit better. Liverpool are excellent but their level of play is a god bit behind City. In many ways Liverpool are a long ball team at their best to Mane and Salah and outside of that it's crosses and set pieces.
I'd argue losing Sane to a long term injury makes it harder for him to make alterations. He gives them something different when he's fit
