Premier League Festive Season

How the feck in 2019 do people still think that the colour of someone's skin makes any difference to who they are as a person! Ban the fecking lot of them

This shite is really getting more frequent here isn't it? Terrible.
The UK has gotten a lot more racist over the last few years unfortunately.

And 7 point gap for United. Fair play to Chelsea for 4th spot on Christmas day but how good have they been? is it a case they are simply less mediocre than the sides below them..

When they're good they're good to watch. When they're bad they lose to Bournemouth, West Ham and Everton. Two of those were in the relegation zone when they lost to them.

Think their style is more effective away like so many prem teams.

Eh you missed reading the attempts to use part?
I thought it was a petulant little kick out, not attempting to use excessive force or brutality. I said I don't sympathise though as it was stupid and petulant.

VIOLENT CONDUCT

Violent conduct is when a player uses or attempts to use excessive force or brutality against an opponent when not challenging for the ball, or against a team-mate, team official, match official, spectator or any other person, regardless of whether contact is made.

In addition, a player who, when not challenging for the ball, deliberately strikes an opponent or any other person on the head or face with the hand or arm, is guilty of violent conduct unless the force used was negligible.

Not sure what Son did really falls under any of those descriptions, even if it's hard to sympathise. The racism is sadly unsurprising with Johnson, a racist himself, winning against a party who are under investigation for anti-Semitism then clearly the racists feel liberated.
While the text in the second paragraph doesn't literally apply to what Son did, the first paragraph is ambiguous enough to warrant a red card.

If you'd just take the second paragraph and just go by the literal interpretation you could argue that kicking a player in the head when not challenging for the ball is okay since it only states that it is forbidden to strike someone in the head or face with your hand or arm.

Seems like it might get worse... fecking shame.

Really happy they're calling them out publicly the moment this happens in the stadium. They need to be permanently banned.

Were Spurs always playing this shite or is it Son's sending off that's caused this?

8 mins added on!

They need to shut stadiums, then the clubs will certainly clamp down on it.

What happened re: the racist behaviour? Radio keeps mentioning it but I didn't hear at the time.

Also, it's very worrying. You have to suspect that some people have been empowered due to recent political developments which is just awful.

Another stadium announcement. Bloody hell.

Isn't it three strikes and they wallk off the pitch? Hopefully they're just repeating it to ram home the message for future home games.

You do have to ask yourself are we really about to go into 2020 sometimes.

Can anyone inform me as to what the title about Son is about?
Reference to this, in relation to Son getting sent off.

Staggering that there are still people around like this.

Willian has had a phenomenal season. He's breaking that inconsistent label this year

Damm, 97th minute shot on target by Spurs, first one for them this game.

Chelsea’s has so many good breaks that they really should have scored more.
also, another PA announcement on the racist behaviour.

We absolutely embarrassed them. So so so good.

When you add in the injury time. Spurs at home to Chelsea in 103 minutes of football managed 1 shot on target in the final minute of the game.

Raheem Sterling would certainly disagree.

Only thing I'd say is different abroad is the Bulgaria stuff seemed very organised and also in Italy when it happens and premier league incidents are one or two morons. Still no excuse for it but this is the way society has been going backwards last decade I'm afraid.
What does that its organized mean? They have a meeting before the game? I mean it's moronic wherever it happens, England or Bulgaria.
