Premier League 14/1/25 - 20/1/25

A City that was even remotely close to their best would have walked this league title.
Still wouldn't completely count them out. New signings, and very capable of beating both Liverpool and Arsenal in the reverse fixtures and going on a run.

I did think that when they were 2 up midweek but I feel their lack of a proper DM and defensive frailties just won't let them go on any run at all this season. But with how much Arsenal and Liverpool seem to drop points, I guess you can't completely rule them out.

Liverpool win today they are 15 points ahead. Even if they lose they are 12 points ahead, I just don't see City pulling that back in any circumstances, even if they did go on some mad run, they won't win every game and I think they would need to.

Not impressed with Mbeumo so far, he's not very quick. I don't think he would improve us.

Really? I would take him. Mind you we are a bit starved of upfront at the moment

Absolutely shite. Would never score tonight, not a chance.

You could play him for the next 100 years in this game and he won't score.

Definitely won't score. Not a hope at all.
