Premier League 14/1/25 - 20/1/25

Bournemouth have been brilliant here, their pressing shape and how they've closed down the spaces has been impressive. And then they've been really good in possession on top of that.

And another.. whoosh. Feck off Howe you boring shit.

Apparently the most loyal deserving fans in the world, everyone's second favourite team or some other nonsense. Empty St James Park, loyal deserving fans my arse.

Well, let's not get carried away but he's finally growing into his Ajax potential. He should've stayed one more season with us but fair play to him now.
He plays like what we hoped Sancho would be

At least we're not the only ones getting hammered at home by Bournemouth. On their day, they are very good.

And Iraola didn't win any of his first 10 games in charge. Incredible. They are the standard in the PL right now in terms of work rate and intensity. 1 through 10 they work like no tomorrow.

Which shows don't give up on a manager too early. Some teams would have sacked him.

What a performance from Bournemouth. Bossed that game. Destroyed Newcastle in the final third. Newcastle's centre backs couldn't cope with their pace.

Absolutely. Even at 3-1 up in added time they chased everything down at full speed. They all seem comfortable on the ball too and there was some cracking finishing today.
