With us, Spurs and Arsenal being interchangeable.

Good starts are always important, very hard to play catch-up. Obviously United, Spurs and Arsenal are out of the title race already, as they all were before the season started. If Liverpool lose points to Chelsea and lose to City in three weeks, I’d say City are going to cruise like last season. However, if Pool beats both Chelsea and City it’s going to be interesting.

The good thing about Liverpool and their manager is that they have absolutely no experience with winning trophies in England. Salah, Mane, Firmino et al - they don’t even know what a League Cup-trophy looks like. Come May it will be seven years since Klopp last lifted anything.

I was disappointed that I had to put 3rd in my prediction for this thread.

Turns out I was being naively optimistic!

Still optimistic?

Most petty bump ever  7 months clinging on to bump a stranger on the Internet, did you have the page bookmarked?

Eh, obviously not the season has been an absolute disaster.

Other leagues/cups (shockingly straightforward for the domestic comps)

Serie A: Juventus
La Liga: Barcelona
Ligue 1: PSG
Bundesliga: Bayern

Europa League: Arsenal
Champions League: No idea. Gonna say not Madrid, not PSG, not Juventus though. Wait and see how Bayern is with Kovac, wait and see how everything clicks at Barca because their collapse vs Roma last season was awful and there haven't been massive changes since, while City and Liverpool both obviously have a shot at it. Have a feeling it'll be an English side, don't think we have a realistic chance.
My guess is one of Barca, Bayern, City or Liverpool though. If I have to pick one, probably City.

Decent guess. Got league cup wrong, CL picked City ahead of Liverpool. City will win FA cup probably. 4 european leagues got right (easy though). EL Arsenal I still think will get it. Swap United and Spurs in the league and that could be exact top 6.

Nice one @Attila - Still drawing live for an almost perfect prediction going into the final weekend. Only slight blemish could be Brighton (by one spot).

Nono, looked for what i predicted, then saw our petty squabble and wanted it to continue. That it would be good fun, unlike this season. In these dark times, one most take joy whereever one finds it.

Surprised so many had us in top 4. After that summer and Jose entering his third season? Nah

The fact we didn't get rid of Jones, Rojo, Young, Darmian, Mata and even Herrera (he didn't play much then) and invested in new players set us back further. Fear of Mourinho's third season led to the club not trusting him, sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy. We probably should have made it over the line though.
