Predict the 24/25 Premier League Table

Anyone else who put us to go down fancy explaining why compared to other clubs? Just interested as we managed 48 points last year and have kept the defence together + added and improved our attack which was our downfall.

I asked @Powderfinger but he hasn't responded! ;)

Honestly, I did it pretty quick, knew that I favored Soton and Ipswich to go down, and then kind of picked the third team a bit randomly!

As I look into it further now, I agree Everton has a good chance of staying up and that both Wolves and Leicester are more likely to go down.

That's fair, I think we are still pretty short in pockets of the squad and it could happen that we are sucked into another relegation battle. Just always interesting to get other opinions on your squad/prospects!

Don't let him bully you into changing your prediction

Stand strong bro #SayNoToBullying

Feck me, putting us 8th and claiming Yoro is out for half the season, get a grip

Three months for Yoro to return to fitness, and he won't be rushed back in, so probably a bit more. That's around middle of November. Maybe not half the season since it was in preseason, but very long nonetheless.

Last season, 8th place flattered United. The manager is the same, the midfield is still poor, and since I posted it Shaw has also been declared injured, leaving the team with 2 fit fullbacks, 3 if you count Amass. Mazraoui himself is injury-prone, and De Ligt is also suspect, although both are quality players. If Ugarte is signed, good chance United finish higher, but he hasn't been signed yet.

I don't think this manager is good enough and I also think injuries will continue to be a problem. Not at all an outlandish prediction, all things considered.

I think the promoted teams are going back down but your a good shout if one of them survives.
I'm not that familiar with your signings but from last season i'd say your full backs and wingers are terrible, reallly, really poor. Your midfield is kind of redundant in the system you play, which is probably a good thing as theres no creativity or goalscoring ability in there. DCL is probably a good midtable striker by today's standards. Your cb's and keeper are very good and in Dyche's system they should be hard to break down.
I think your fans seem to be running out of time for Dyche, they dont like him much and I think a bad start or a bad run midseason could really ramp up the pressure on him. Theres a lot of nonsense and drama around the club and I wouldn't bet on you avoiding a points deduction - the player swaps is a bit of a risk.
I think the atmosphere around the club is a potential liability i guess? I think soton and ipswich fans will stick with their team no matter how badly it goes and is one of the few reasons they might survive.
