Ruud van Nistelrooy ….It's why Fergie never signed an out and out target man.

Agree with this - AWB had been excellent for weeks and did not deserve to have to immediately give way to Dalot. I've been amazed by his performances since Christmas.Dalot starting is the only mistake, why did AWB even lose his place to him in the first place?
Pellistri is looking better all the time, his pace and passing abilities are clearly visible. Great find.Great win overall, could’ve scored loads more.
De Gea’s distribution was atrocious. I don’t think he hit one long pass.
Dalot looked all over the place, and Antony scored a great goal but is so frustrating. Should’ve squared that instead of that ridiculous dink attempt.
Bruno, Martinez and pellistri the highlights for me. Also happy for Weghorst, but sometimes it’s like we’re attacking with 10 men.
Yeah I’d like to see him given more minutes, give him any Elanga would get.Pellistri is looking better all the time, his pace and passing abilities are clearly visible. Great find.
Ruud was no target man. When we signed him he had speed, good balance, strength and could finish. He wasn't Henry, but he was quick. Ruud was never a target man for us.Ruud van Nistelrooy …
Would rather Pellistri be given some games over Antony tbh.
Poor finishing from us again. Betis totally collapsed in that second half and we should have given them a Liverpool style mauling.
It was
Huh, why was their equaliser not ruled out for handball?
8 goals and 3 assists in his first 30 games doesn't seem too bad tbhAntony gets the game time and gets the space, he just doesn't do anything with it, that's concerning as we are in march.

And several of those (tonight, against Barcelona, etc.) were game-winners too, not just stat-padding goals.8 goals and 3 assists in his first 30 games doesn't seem too bad tbh
Some of them even for Ajax! And several of those (tonight, against Barcelona, etc.) were game-winners too, not just stat-padding goals.

If he continues scoring at the rate he is at the moment then he could have 15 before the end of this season. Forget the money for a minute and that wouldn't be a bad return for a young lad in his first season. Sancho would kill for stats like that.I think he'll get over 10 goals a season no problem but I still think he's a poor purchase.
I think we could've got two better players for his fee.
I was so afraid of this game I can not even express. To get such a good result I am delighted. I actually took some time off for this game and I'm glad I did. The only negative of AWB being so poor will not take away my happiness.
Hit his chest then his arm. Doesn't that negate the handball?Huh, why was their equaliser not ruled out for handball?
What? He was great in the second half, miles better than DalotI was so afraid of this game I can not even express. To get such a good result I am delighted. I actually took some time off for this game and I'm glad I did. The only negative of AWB being so poor will not take away my happiness.
Personally think it was a god ploy to put the same players out there, give them a chance at redemption.Good result, wrong team on the pitch. Some things are more important than the result and team spirit is one of them. I am not sure the sub's would have felt happy after watching Sunday and being left on the bench.
I honestly can’t keep up anymore. I thought defenders got away with that but any contact with the attackers arm and it’s chalked off. Sounds mental every time I say it so I must be wrong.Hit his chest then his arm. Doesn't that negate the handball?
He was OK I guess. Can you compare him with Roberto Carlos? What? He was great in the second half, miles better than Dalot
What?! what kind of oddball statement is that?He was OK I guess. Can you compare him with Roberto Carlos?
