Obviously completely deserved and supremely vital. We have to beat Sociedad if we want to progress further into the europa league.
We were in total control but as often we lack cutting edge in attack, someone who is able to do something unexpected, a good dribble or world class pass. We don’t have these players despite paying over the odds for every single one of them. Bruno gets bailed out time and time again for his incredible workrate and I mean that as a positive. Antony continually keeps it safe as does Sancho. Rashford could have scored a handful but if he had buried one or two we would have praised him.
After misplacing lots of passes versus everton I think Casemiro today had 100% completion.

I think you're being very harsh. The team didn't have its shooting boots on today but on another day we'd score 3 or 4 easily.
