Ok I can sleep a happy man, not the most important or grandeur win but at least we have positives to take from it. Onwards and upwards.

Pogba wasn't even good today imo.No coincidence...Carrick plays, Popgba looks twice the player than he was against Chelsea
What's up with that Athetic part?Enjoyed that a lot.
Nice to see everyone put in a shift - well in the second half, anyway - and let's hope the players notice that the harder you work, the beter the results get.
And who cares it wasn't Athletic's strongest team, in years to come the record books won't have an ** alongside the result to point this out.
They'll just say
Man Utd 1 - Man City 0

One positive for City was Pablo Maffeo, very impressive performance in a big game.
I don't think Pogba looks "terrible" I think due to the price tag people were expecting someone a bit more polished, which Pogba isn't, he is still learning and trying to impress wth every touch when sometimes simple is best."Normally Zlatan would have buried that"! "Yeah on any other day big Ibra would have put that one away"! How many times are we going to hear these things!? And Pogba looks terrible. It's like he has no football brain at times. Positionally diabolical. And ridiculous decision making. At about 91 minutes in his own half with someone right on him he tried to beat them with an overhead kick! He had an easy safe pass straight ahead of him too which is all that was required. Thankfully City were weak and poor.
Jose looks wrecked(dark circles under the eyes).
Get some rest dude.

Mkhitaryan is finished after one half of football isnt he?
