PL W FA Premier League

Leicester City 0:3 Manchester United

This team is making me question a lot... it is incredible how a team that plays so painfully average ends up with a 3:0 win. Lindelof with a genuine 2/10 performance, Eriksen the same. Dalot average as ever. We lose a promising youngster with what could be a serious injury. The striker that hasn't scored a goal in 22 games celebrates his goal with probably the most unjust celebration and Bruno goes home with 3 scorer points with a combined xG and xA of probably around 0.06... Probably best to just stop at this point.

Deserved win after all. Leicester shockingly bad. How they didn't even take the gift of Lindelof should relegate them on its own.
Wow, it must be hard being you. I thought i was miserable and hard to please, but i'm an amateur compared to you.

Well that was pretty easy. Perfect game coming off the back of a draining Europa League tie. Leicester are just begging to be put out of their misery at this point.

Three points, clean sheet. A good night's work.

3 best United players today:
1) Bruno
2) Heaven
3) Højlund

3 worst United players today:
1) Lindelöf
2) Mazraoui
3) Collyer

Easiest game of the season, we didn't have to get out of 3rd gear. Still amazing performances from Bruno, Mazraoui and Heaven before his injury.

Can this season just feck off already, whenever someone appears promising, out they get injured.

Think that's pretty harsh. Collyer was a bit sloppy with a few of his passes but I thought he was generally pretty good tonight.

I'd say only Lindelof was really poor. Maz at a push maybe as he gave the ball away very cheaply a few times but Lindelof was the standout poor performer by some margin.

To be fair Newcastle could still be celebrating by then. City don't scare me. Forest however.

Newcastle face Brentford (H) and Leicester (A) before we face them, with a real shot at finishing in the top 4 for a CL place.
As inconsistent as they’ve been this season, on their day, City can still punish us.

We need some of those injuries to clear, with this depleted squad.

He was our worst player
Lindelof was our worst player by a considerable margin.

Eriksen wasn't exceptional but at least played a few good passes and almost scored a sensational goal. Lindelof at times pretty much single-handedly made a completely toothless Leicester attack look quite dangerous by being completely bossed by a 38-year old Vardy.

Hopefully this international break might help with clearing up some of the injuries. We seemed cursed yet again.

Positive second half, clean shit and 3 points. Concerned for Heaven though

so averse to physical contact he's probably still a virgin
This is what he goes home to

Seriously? What a terrible take all around.
Means a lot to know what you think of my opinion.
Might be best you find another sport you might enjoy
It might be. Or a different club.

You'll get there, give it a few more years. And for now - playing badly yet taking results is only good in some games and when such performances are the exception, not the rule. Once again, a lot of fans seem to look at the result and evaluate the game based on that. Not my way, but each to their own I guess

Turned out to be a comfortable win in the end which is a big relief. I didn’t think we were particularly outstanding tonight but they were awful and only really looked threatening through our mistakes which were aplenty!

Bruno fantastic again, also thrilled for Hojlund and Garnacho who ended their goal drought. Eriksen was very poor and struggled alongside Lindelof and Dalot who is looking tired. Feel really sorry for Heaven, playing very well and looks like he’s out. We can’t catch a break and it’s a tough one to take as we’ve already lost our other left sided defender.

International break has come at right time for us. We looked like we were on our last legs tonight and we have the chance to rest some players and get others back fit.

Three open play goals for us in one single game, I wonder when was the last time that happened?

Amorim didn't seem overly alarmed about heaven in the interview. Not saying it isn't bad one, but got the impression they aren't sure yet what it is

Comfortable win for a change! Needed that with the fixtures coming up too. Didn't need to play amazingly well against a shocking Leicester side but took the goals nicely and it was good to see Hojlund and Garnacho end their draughts.

Good performance considering the players which were available and square pegs in round holes.

Can't wait until the summer, out goes Lindelof, Eriksen and hopefully Case. They've been good servants to the club but not fit for purpose anymore. Amorin can really stamp his authority with his own players then.

Really hope Heaven's injury isn't too serious. With the state of our back line, his injury only means more minutes for Lindelof...which is bad. He is bad. They should honestly just go ahead and let him go. Getting your a** handed to you by a 62 year old coke head is embarrassing.

Eriksen was very disappointing today. His passing was just bad. I was surprised Zirkzee wasn't starting, especially with a long break coming up (he wasn't called into the Dutch squad).

Happy for Hojlund. He's looking a little better of late but I'm still concerned about his positioning. He's not getting to the right spots for crosses to find him. Still hiding out behind defenders. Excellent finish, though

Bruno is on an absolute heater lately. Not much else to say but he's absolutely our Captain and he's carrying us at the moment

Strange but Garnacho has been looking fantastic coming in off the right lately.

De Ligt was a monster and Heaven was looking fantastic. They had to with that dead weight in between them. Amass was fine but a couple rookie mistakes that are easily explained to nerves.

XG was interesting. 1.17 Leicester - 0.89 Man Utd.

I thought we had enough clear chances to have more XG than that.

Didn't watch this game live, watching now and at 75 mins, it's really quite slow (honestly feels like pre-season pace), and not a great game if I'm honest, so it's brilliant to come away with a big win. And to see Amass on the pitch

We now have the 6th best form in the PL over the last 5 matches:

1) Brighton WWWWD

2) Liverpool WDWW

3) Crystal P WLWWW

4) Brentford: WWDLW

5) Fulham WLWLW

6) Manchester United LDWDW.

So matches 4 without defeat.

It’s just obvious when someone has an agenda. Don’t hide behind it and pretend you look at the game differently.

This in particular must have been hard for you. Hope you're doing ok.

Really happy for Hojlund to see him finally back on the scoresheet, even if Leicester were poor. Hopefully that can alleviate issues with his confidence.
