Hopefully we can beWe need to be considerably better than we've been in a while, or just as lucky as today, to get through Brighton.

Yeah, Mitrovic clearly kicked Licha then flopped. That should have been a free kick to us, he clearly clipped Martinez first, if thatj had been given it would have been us down to 9 men!
They get a rest by not playing this midweek for startersHow many of them actually get a rest? De Gea, AWB, Varane and Sancho?
De Gea and Shaw are due big thanks from Fulham for calming their players down during their Chernobyl moment.
Things could’ve been 10x worse but for their intervention.
He got clipped slightly by Martinez (?) and made a meal of it. Wasn't clearly a penalty at all
Agreed. For a few moments it looked like they could get enough players sent off for the match to be abandoned
I honestly fell sorry for Fulham. Yes it was a handball an the penalty was ok but I am not sure it was that deliberate and I think it’s a bit unfair to be automatically double penalised for that. A bit the same as when the keeper trips someone and gets a red because he’s the last man. Sometimes it’s deliberate and fair and other times it’s just a millisecond mistiming and it’s penalty, red card and game over.
He literally intentionally cheated us out of a goal, tried to lie about it, and you feel sorry for themI honestly fell sorry for Fulham. I don't feel sorry for the way they reacted (and especially Mitrović ) but the red card always seems unfair unless it's a flagrant and intentional use of the hand, which I don't think it was in this case - more clumsiness or an instinctive reaction. Up to that point I thought we were probably going out, we were doing very little to suggest we could turn it round. I'm not even sure Sancho's strangely delayed shot was going in.I honestly fell sorry for Fulham. I took no joy in that. Disgusting performance pre Fulham meltdown.
Its going to be a slog for the rest of the season.
No one was great. As others say, very tired looking. I thought Shaw was decent. Bruno looked tired. Maguire won a good few headers. Pressing wasnt there. Weghorst looked leggy, too. Sancho did well when he came on. Dave saved us in the first half in which we were second best everywhere on the pitch. Mitrovich was on fire during the match until he spontaneously combusted.Who were our best performers ?
Anyone know when they might fit the chelsea game in?!
Artfully putI disagree, that second half meltdown was art. It's a masterpiece. "Self Destruct" fresco using egg tempera.
Without the hand ball on the line, we would have been back in it. Might still have lost, of course.I mean.... Just wow.
Totally gifted the tie by Fulham. Couldn't see us getting back into it before they hit self-destruct.
DDG for meNo one was great. As others say, very tired looking. I thought Shaw was decent. Bruno looked tired. Maguire won a good few headers. Pressing wasnt there. Weghorst looked leggy, too. Maybe football isn't for you pal, if you're getting down about games we've won.

Nah nah it is. I'm just looking at the performance as a whole. We needed two red cards to beat Fulham.
God what a pathetic post.
This is just a weird post. We're missing literally most of our spine (although admittedly Martial has been MIA all season) and you took no joy in a jammy win?I took no joy in that. Disgusting performance pre Fulham meltdown.
Its going to be a slog for the rest of the season.
Maybe not but but we're not all as miserable and in need of prozac eitherWe can’t all be as brave and strong and superior as you are.
