The one where you hold it down, then throw when the Pokémon attacks? It worked for me against Regirock, but I’ve not tried it on anything smaller.
By worked I mean I got excellent every time, but the ungrateful shit kept breaking out.

Ive heard the catch rate isnt boosted compared to other CDs. I held onto claiming my 151 ultra balls for today. So glad i did.

Got the hundo Gible. Bunch of shinies but nothing amazing IV wise
Congrats. The hundo eluded me but I got three 93s to add to the 98 and 96 I already had, along with a shiny 91 to make up a raid squad.
Got more Hundos than shinies today 5/4.
Took me 388 encounters to find a shiny though (all encounters considered, not just today's).
Took me awhile for the shiny, after the 1st hour. Was worried it was less boosted tham normal CD days, but after the first they just kind of flooded in.
1st CD in while where ive gone quite heavy into playing.

Think my best before today was like an 87. I have a lucky but even that is only an 83IV. Not really had much luck IV wise before today where gible is concerned.
Good team to have with those IVs though, and 91 shiny is nice, worth saving for the mega
