Is it a surprise that both Lukaku and Pogba want to leave at the same time. They know what they're doing.
I won't pretend to know about the inner workings of the club just b/c of a bunch of click bait articles (which most of are 3rd hand accounts by journalists who benefit from misinformation). Some things are relatively easy to fact check (ie. financial statements), some not so much (ie. disruptive players). But drawing conclusions from Instagram video clips doesn't qualify as fact checking. You sure know how to at least properly structure your comebacks, I'll give you that. I wish you could put all that brain power to understand the current reality of the relationships in our club between players, staff, directors and owners.
And right back at you about ignoring facts and obvious public interactions. I'd be more than happy to not go through this meaningless debate again as you never concede a position even by an inch so it's just ineffective to keep going.
That's not what is being discussed? It's him supposedly looking miserable to fans at the airport.
I'm much more inclined to put more weight behind these points than to blindly believe whatever videos the media are releasing.
- That video has been edited to cut out the middle. Why? That shows that video can't be trusted at all.
- He's just been on a long flight to Australia. Do you think it's normal to walk around with a permanent smile on your face when jet-lagged?
- I doubt Pogba is the kind of guy to take his frustrations out on fans. He's seemingly a very happy guy usually.
Should we take that Rojo is all smiles that he is been told that he is going to be starting CB?.
It's not that it doesn't matter, I already know, it's nothing new.Why should everything else that hasn't happened not matter? im guessing your a Pogba fan?
Wait I thought posting on social media was bad and he should be concentrated on his football?

I've got nothing against him wanting out too. Everyone who's got any ambition wants out under the Glazers. Herrera was soon off to PSG. DDG, Lukaku, they all want to leave.
Pogba is our best player, I like exciting players so of course i'm a big fan of him. He was the only part enjoyable about Utd's matches last season.
The media want to create a huge controversy, it will sell papers for the next week or so. So i'm not quick to judge him based on what edited videos they release.
Where is this spit we are talking about? I don't see it...
Why are you persisting with this so we can keep going in circles? What I perceive as facts and obvious statements, you dismiss straight away. I told you as nice as I could that it would be better to agree to disagree and move on, since I have no real interest in what you want to say anymore.I won't pretend to know about the inner workings of the club just b/c of a bunch of click bait articles (which most of are 3rd hand accounts by journalists who benefit from misinformation). Out of curiosity, what facts have I ignored?
Watch the video closely, it's right after Lindelof grabs his shirt and puts his arm around Pogba's neck. It was proper fecking spit as well, not just pretending to do it.Where is this spit we are talking about? I don't see it...
Really mate? I saw it the moment someone pointed out the incident, you can see the projectile clearly. A poster linked my comment just a few posts before this and you can double check the short clip if it's not visible to you at first.I thought the same.
The closest is that Pogba speaks in a pursed lips sort of way, but I can't see him spitting as such.
there was an American guy on here saying he was a dick a few days ago in New York at an Adidas functionBut... that's not what is being discussed? It's him supposedly looking miserable to fans at the airport.

yep. look everyone, bad eggOh the club kept that Pogba Lingard moment in the editing to show why the club is willing to sell the man.

Damn... Are you serious or are you trolling me? It's as clear as day, I saw that from the first time watching the video that the club's twitter account posted. A proper flying spit out of frustration, I've done it myself if I have to be honest. Generally don't see how it's not clearly visible to everyone. It looks like a bug flying by
I seen that story, but that sounded more like Adidas' making a mess of their event than anything involving him. There was a lot of confusion between what fans were supposed to do iirc.there was an American guy on here saying he was a dick a few days ago in New York at an Adidas function

You mean brief moments like this have no meaning?
Look at the way he spat ffs. Pogba seemed like he was going to deck Lingard if Lindelof wasn't there to stop him.
Wait, do people actually think he’s spitting?
I can kind of see what you're saying but also watched it numerous times and obviously the quality doesn't help but to me it seems like Pogba is spitting. You're twisting what your eyes are seeing to fit your agenda, mate. I'm not a fan of how Pogba has conducted his affairs this offseason, but I've watched that clip about 20 times now and I don't see any spit. Lindelöf clearly grabs him from behind, Pogba still has his mouth partially open from his conversation with Lingard, and then clip ends. What you can visibly see is a massive white object flying diagonally downward across the screen but it doesn't originate from Pogba's mouth. Further, if you stopped to think about it, Pogba's face is tilted in the direction of Martial and as his head snaps backward it then moves forward toward Martial, which means if he had spit it would have clobbered Martial in the back of the head - yet you see no reaction at all from Tony. I'm here for a discussion about Pogba's future, and I'm happy to discuss why I'm disappointed in how things have gone down with him, but I really don't see what it is that you're claiming happened.

I'll confess that it could be my emotion getting the better of me but I don't know, Pogba has frustrated me to a position where I can't look at him as an actual proper United player and nothing can surprise me as he has crossed the line already. If I'm wrong, it would be deserving to call me an overreacting idiot. But it's insane that our squad is in a place where players are divided into groups and clearly having minor or not so much minor issues with each other publicly.
He actually is, but I don't think it matters. The guy is just being stupid because he is forced to be in the tour and realize not doing so could hurt his brand more than he thought it would be.I see the spit but it's like it's photoshopped in or something. Pogba isnt even moving his mouth.
It'll never fail to make me laugh how vehemently Young denied a bird had shit in his mouth, as if he knew knew what every bird in the vicinity was up to at that time.We need a frame by frame analysis, a la the bird/Young incident.
In a strange twist of events, the Caf now rallied behind social media star Jesse Lingard against the wantaway rebel Pogba

He’s more likely calling him a little bitch . “Sale putain”, same annunciation! It's nonsense isn't it, although the lengths people are going to to analyse a 10 second video are worse.
The bolded doesn't make any sense. You can't "perceive" something to be a fact. Facts are verifiable. Either it is or it isn't.Why are you persisting with this so we can keep going in circles? I told you as nice as I could that it would be better to agree to disagree and move on, since I have no real interest in what you want to say anymore.
So the way Pogba spit (if that is even spit) shows he's causing trouble in the squad? Surely you realize how absurd this sounds.Watch the video closely, it's right after Lindelof grabs his shirt and puts his arm around Pogba's neck. It was proper fecking spit as well, not just pretending to do it.
Zaha said something like he's quite quiet, and just get on to do the job on the pitch. I think he must be a Park type of personality. If that's true, that's an excellent player, especially if technical skills can match the required level.AWB seems socially awkward
You do realize that being a fan and being a professional football player are quite different things? If you want to win things you seek a work place where you have a chance to do that. Then maybe fans should have some ambition and leave the club too?
But what if you're the guy everyone is counting on to win things? You do realize that being a fan and being a professional football player are quite different things? If you want to win things you seek a work place where you have a chance to do that.

I'm an amateur, self-taught lip reader, and in my expert opinion, Lingard is saying, "Paul, smile! What's wrong?"
But what if you cant count on others at all?But what if you're the guy everyone is counting on to win things?
You can call me whatever you want and I'd take it like a man if it's deserved, but there is a thread made about it already and someone slowed it down frame by frame. It's difficult to judge due to the quality but it looks very plausible that it happened. You are insane you know that surely ? There is no spit
I don't mind it either way mate, people have to take responsibility so if I deserve to get flak about my reaction, so be it. Check out the slowed down video of it, it's hard to truly tell because of the low quality but I honestly saw it like a spit from my first view of the normal clip.I wouldn't think to call you an idiot, so rest easy mate. I just think if you take the emotion out of it and watch with objective eyes, it seems as though you've made a crisis out of something that hasn't happened. The trajectory of the projectile doesn't make a lick of sense if it actually came from his mouth, based on which way his head is facing when it appears on screen. That isn't me giving Pogba the benefit of the doubt, it's just thinking about the laws of physics.
I do agree that it's not a good look for him and Jesse to have been in a tiff (and for our social media guys to have not edited it out before they posted).
