Please welcome our new Smilies!

For those not a fan of the new smileys, would animated versions of some of them be better in your eyes?

That puking one is good.

Animated look good but I'd stop asking/listening to people if I was you. Most people hate change and everyone loves moaning. No one will remember it was ever different in a couple of weeks time.

My thoughts precisely
Knowing the Caf though, there will be three threads about it with a week

You vastly underestimate the power of

The rest I can do without. Though I miss the one this incredible specimen replaced: :nervous:

So glad the Green smiely man has been reinstated. Couldn't imagine not ever seeing this again.

Ineos cleaning out the old guard - Sir Jim wrapped up the 27% stake and has control of the smiles, the bastard.

Maybe, I just think in a month no one will give a shit and the website will look like it's from 2024 and not 2004.

It's fine making changes to bring in new people, but if you make too many changes the website might lose its character. If it's going to be a forum, then it is going to sort of look like it's from 2004, since forums aren't really a thing anymore. But if it's not a forum, it's not RedCafe.

And that said, RedCafe has changed plenty since 2004.

You're kinda making my point for me, it's still the same Redcafe with the same character even though the look of the site has changed, just as it should.

Yeah, but if I can't go  then it's not the same RedCafe. That one is timeless, and by god if they remove if it I will ask Niall to delete my account (and insist even after the admins suggest maybe just change my password so they don't have to go through the legally obligated hassle of actually deleting the account completely).
