I will say total space is disappointing, but it isn’t prohibitive. I think 650gb will be enough for the vast majority of gamers, but it would have been nice to have closer to 1TB. I’d imagine they’ll increase when they do the first wave of redesigns.
The good folks in R/PS5 have done their research and confirmed that the 650gb was indeed from an early dev kit leaked video and not the final product by any means. Dev kits notoriously have minimised storage space in comparison to the final and full release.

Just got an email from Amazon saying the second dual sense I ordered won't be arriving until the 30th now. Slightly worried they're going to pull the same move on the actual ps5.
The closer the release date gets the more nervous I am I won't get it on time

Admittedly I ordered it later than the ps5, but in early/mid october.
Ordered on day of preorder from Amazon and my one is still on for 12th.
There’s been issue with PlayStation controllers all year regarding stock hence why in some places they gone up in price, so not surprised this is going to have stock issues.
For the best, really, after what happened with the PS4 launch and the resulting gifs.
Sensible decision, the online bots will hoover up the surplus in seconds.
So that means that no stores like Tesco / Sainsburys etc will have any being sold on the shop floor on release right?
Sainsbury’s don’t sell consoles. They leave that to Argos.
Tesco had no intention of selling them instores because it would mean massive queues.
Ah fair, I know they sell games but didn't know about consoles.
Only reason I ask is my friend at work wanted to try and get one at the local Tesco's day of release, looks like that won't be possible!
