Has anyone played this yet? looks like the best survival horror to come out in a while and it's from the same makers as Amnesia: The Dark Descent too. I thought that was brilliant. Getting generally 8/10 reviews and a few 9/10's, namely from Gamespot.

Havent played it due to being too busy with other games but it sounds really good, what interests me is reading people talk glowingly about the narrative throughout the game and that it's really well done & thought provoking, hopefully i'll get to play it sometime between now and christmas but just got a bit too much on my plate at the minute with MGS, Destiny and Pro Evo but definitley got my eye on this one.

Unlucky, would have been nice to get some views on it.Just watched some gameplay there, looks a bit dark and dull for me. I'm used to neon lights all over everything on NFS. More realistic I suppose, loads of buildings have no lights on during the night.

Yeah, this is looking like the best Need for Speed game for some time. That last one looked absolute shite from the little I watched of it.
@afrocentricity - Any idea why @Damien and I are getting constant notifications that the same three or four people have applied to join the community, despite them having been already accepted? It's pretty annoying having a notification pop up every couple of minutes. Are you having the same issue?

I'm in too, I've redeemed it but it isn't downloading on my console and when I go to tell it to download from library the page just loads 'no content was found' with no pictures or shit.
It's not in my download list on the website either but I can't redeem it again as it says invalid.

Yeah, same ones for me. Maybe try dropping them out and have them rejoin? Can you remember if they were invited or if they applied themselves? There could be something in that, maybe.
Mine works OK maybe you should try it again as my psn was playing up a bit earlier. 19gb download though which is going to take me 14 hours

Need For Speed graphics are amazing. Looks great, but there's a real lack of cars on the road. I hope this is just to try to keep beta performance high, what's the point in high speed open world racing if you have no cars to dodge.
Really annoying that you can't skip the FMV cut scenes, guessing that won't be an issue when the game comes out.
Hard to judge the gameplay so far. Seems fairly slow & grippy which just makes it a bit boring, but perhaps that's because I've got the earliest car and with no upgrades.

I played for an hour but dont think ill bother again as the cars handling was pretty boring due to being a bit too grippy which I guess will be an easy fix. My other gripes were the cutscenes which are just ridiculously cheesy and seem to be aimed at small kids. I also got disconnected 30 seconds in to my first online race so just thought forget about it this is rubbish. No option for manual gear change is a let down too but I guess most of these issues will be ironed out.
