Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang| ESPN: Move to PSG very close

what motivation would bvb have to sell? he's their lifeblood and maybe one of europe's top 5 forwards - there simply isn't anyone as good on the market right now. they have money, what they need is for their team to stay together. it's not like dortmund's sole reason of existance is to be supplier of players to premier league clubs. they have major ambitions next season and are poised for good things coming to them.

this whole discussion simply makes no sense to me.

Correct. They also are a major supplier to Bayern.

Quite possibly, they say no contact but mcfc could be talking with the player/agent. They obviously aren't going to admit to it.

BVB seem pretty adamant but i guess money talks...

we dont need money.

getting hummels for nearly nothing and sell him back for a record-fee with only one year contract left is something i wouldnt call "supplier". maybe the other way around.
also: we bought rode from buyern now.

the other record-fee transfer götze now costs buyern 12mio€ per year and they never got a real value for him.
37mio € for nearly nothing and now they want to get rid of him.

but that is not so interesting.

Good I hope you keep him. Is in the players personality to kick up a fuss to try force a move?

no. he extend his contract just a few month ago.
he feels great at dortmund, this is something you can believe.
got his mate reus, they are like best friends. we love him here, and auba love it to be here.
also for the atmosphere in the team, he is quite important!

Two things. The money they spent on fees and wages dont even make the slightest dent in their financials. I mean you take solace in the fact that they spent so much but it wont matter to them. Secondly, with those players in the squad you actually competed with Bayern and beat them twice to the Championship. Now it looks like youre falling further apart from them and barring a shockingly terrible season for Bayern's standards and with some luck you wont win again anytime soon. The closest you got to them since winning the title last was 10 points. And everytime you look strong by making a couple of good additions you lose a star player.

Aubameyang isn't turning down a move to the Premier League or La Liga if a club with loads of cash come knocking, in my opinion.

He will see that Bayern are just getting stronger whilst Dortmund are losing all of their best players again.

The Bundesliga is in trouble of becoming like Ligue 1 with total dominance from Bayern.

I hope this doesn't happen because I love the German stadia and atmosphere. But as a competition, Bayern are simply too strong compared with the rest of the league and I think next season will be another boring one-horse race, especially with the excellent Ancelotti taking over.

Aubamayang might want to move but BVB will force him to stay for this season at least.

It's good that you're not bitter at all about stuff.

getting rid of hummels and his wannabe makeup journalist wife cathy is something which doesnt make me bitter.
still counting the tons of money we got from buyern for a guy with only 365days of contract who is responsibel for a lot of goals against us.

what makes me bitter is the behaviour of a lot of buyern-fans....but ok, we somehow should get used to it..

what makes me smile is the story with realbert lewandowsky, and the face of "rolex-kalle" being surpised that götze will sit down on his contract instead of leaving the club like the board wants to.

it was only 5 points till the end of the season.... ;-)
we will give them a fight. ancelotti will be suprised...

Relax, my first answer to Globule was hyperbole/irony only. ;)

I also think it will be a lot closer than the british Bundesliga experts around here keep on moaning.

yeah, new season for everyone.
buyern and his new coach, will he make it like pep and rule the league?
dortmund and his new squad..even to buyern under pep at the end there were only 5points difference...?
its getting interesting!!

and yeah, seems that a lot live in their own world.. how often have i to read: "the pl clubs will offer so much money, the move is probably secured of course." "auba isnt turing down a move if a pl club comes up"
 yeah for sure. have you ever watched auba here? have you ever watched pl team in europe?
have they ever counted the players where english media and british "bundesliga-experts" were right?
i can come up with the half of our squad, and they are still here. after thousands of storys about reus,klopp,hummels,auba,....gündogan was the first one in what? 3years. thx for the money for that injury-prone.

Where would he go though? Madrid have a transfer ban so doubt it's them. Possibly one of AC or Inter with the new money?

Wouldn't surprise me if City went in for him in the January window.

If only there where a club that is loaded with money and could do with an upgrade on their non scoring 35 year old striker.

What the bloody hell?
Nobody would buy a striker in the january transfer window from another side that's playing CL. He's already cup tied.

City were after him in the summer? Aguero has been in and out of the team.

Why should winning the CL within few months be a priority for the big clubs when a top top striker becomes available? Short-termism isn't what makes top clubs successful.

I'm all for signing a top Dortmund-player. Can't go wrong...

At least we wouldn't need to spend any money on a chopper to fly him in.
