Let him back in mods...He's a great guy and genuinely contributes a lot to the forum. He can probably be a Wum according to Utd supporters, yes, but a ban from the Utd forum should suffice for that(i think he was already though?)

Also one of the more helpful people in real life, sorted me out for a couple of tickets when all looked bleak. Let him back in please @Raoul

A guy who has been here that long should be cut some slack IMO
 
WUMs too much but a very good poster. Must have got plenty of warnings before the ban though as everyone rated him as a poster, can't really blame the mods if he persisted.

Didn't say he wasn't.

His wumming was sometimes annoying but i didn't think it was a big deal. I probably missed the part that caused the problems though.
 
Pete is a top guy, the forum is a lesser place without him.

Saying he should be cut slack implies that he wasn't.

He had loads of warnings and didn't give them any notice.

He had 8 infractions over the past 21 months; a mere 3 or 4 could've easily gotten him permed ages ago. He chose to ignore all of that an continue accruing them so that's that. Brad, Weaste, Pete etc...the CAF always moves on.

It's a general comment that someone like him should be cut some slack. Given the modding here I'm sure he was.

He was great in generals, but often galling in football forums. 8 infractions in 21 months says it all.

Wasn't he already? Anyways, he's had plenty of second chances. Unique poster, but it's his fault.

I'm sure the mods had their reasons for his banning. But wum or not, I enjoyed reading his posts. Seemed like a good guy.

This might be negotiable, can we make a kickstarter so we can bribe the mods to unban him?
 
Seems a bit harsh for a prominent poster that has been on here for more than 10 years. Why not a couple of months in the cooler or something if it has to come to a ban.
