None. I've said all along I think it'll be De Jong and vermaelen, with strootman in January.
 
In a regular season I'd be a realist and say that we probably wont sign any of them. And I wouldn't really care either, because I knew that Fergie would work his magic the following season regardless. But we're currently in a very bad position, the worst in pretty much a quarter of a decade, and we do have the money necessary. That is why I think we will do whatever it takes to get at least one huge signing.

So in this case, I guess I'm an optimist.
 
You have absolutely zero chance to sign Humels. Not sure why any of you bother talking about him, he's simply not leaving Dortmund this year.

I think you'll sign Di Maria and Carvalho.
 
I think there's a decent chance we'll get Di Maria. If so I think him + a lesser name centre back or centre mid will be our lot. Good summer's business if that's how it were to go.
 
I am generally a pessimist, and this usually makes me right when it comes to United signings. I think we will probably sign none of those, although Di Maria seems the most likely.
 
If we want to spend the cash, then Vidal = yes, Di Maria = yes, Hummels = No.

It's obvious Di Maria and Vidal are available for the right price, Hummels, not sure if he will be available. I would be wary of Hummels with his tendinitis issues, Hargreaves signing turned into a nightmare with the same issues.
 
The fecking negativity on the Caf gets on my nerves so I'm going to be an optimist, I think we'll get Vidal and Di Maria but not Hummels.

None I'm afraid, but not because I'm a pessimist, but simply because LVG puts a lot of emphasis on building from within the club.
 
I think we will try and sign Vidal and Di Maria, Vidal will probably fail the medical and Di Maria will be hijacked at the last minute by PSG.

So I guess I am an optimistic pessimist.
 
I'd be happy with any one of them but this past year has made me a miserabilist and I suspect we'll be shopping further down the list.
 
I am the eternal pessimist whom cannot help getting embroiled in any speculative transfer linking any player with the club. Very naive.

We definitely won't sign Vidal and I will categorically state that. I don't think we will sign di Maria, but perhaps Vidal is 50/50. I'll stick my neck out and say he's ours.
 
I think we get an expensive CM, either Khedira or Di Maria from Real once Kroos joins Madrid, or Vidal or Strootman.

CB, I think we skimp and sign Vermaelen, De Vrij or someone else for single digits.

In case you're wondering what the last one is, it means we'll sign all three of the mentioned targets plus one more to go with the two we've already signed, Shaw and Herrera. That makes six, you see? That makes a hexagonalist, and I am a sexist because they'll all be men, and I am a racist because they all come from A country. And I am optimistic in spite of this realisation.

I think we will sign Vidal and Di Maria but I think Hummels will want to stay with Dortmund. We might sign Hummels next summer.

I wish I was as optimistic as this.

Surely Vidal is the hardest of the 3 to get, as he's the best player of the 3.

I could be wrong but Hummels seems like he'll be the hardest to get given the statements he's made and the fact Dortmund are already losing one of their main players. Juve on the other hand are spending quite a lot and have enough midfield options that I can see them selling Vidal to offset things. They could sell Pogba instead but he'll probably be worth more in a couple of seasons time where as at 27 this is the prime time to get a big fee for Vidal.

Would like to see them signed in this order, Vidal, Hummels, Di Maria, but personally think none of the three are coming.

But I'm a bastard pessimist though.
 
I'm a realist. Two. Vidal and Di Maria. Hummels isn't going anywhere sadly as there are too many hurdles to overcome. I can see us signing another good centre back later in the window though.
 
To be fair, De Jong, Vermaelen and Strootman (the latter in January) would be a massive improvement. Herrera's going to be key for us either way and I feel we're forgetting that.
 
We won't get Hummels, at least not this summer. Vidal and Di Maria is a possibility I reckon but still very hard to pull off.
