Speaking of image rights - has anyone noticed Dybala has a whopper following on Instagram? He has about 2 million more than the official Manchester United account (30m) and 8 times more than Lukaku (4m) - as sad as it is to say it, this probably means a lot in 2019

Sad as it is but welcome to 2019.

One thing I noticed was that even though Pogba has 4.5 million more Instagram followers, Dybala gets loads of likes. Some of his pics have 2-3 million likes.

Pogba blows him away on twitter though. Pogba has 7 million followers v Dybala’s 1.8m.

As far as I can tell only three former reds can beat Dybala’s following on Insta
Zlatan
Beckham
Ronaldo

I’m getting carried away that Dybala will actually be well up for the challenge at United to the point where he develops a Cantona like effect on the team.

Didn’t know Dybala is right up there on instagram followers count. Is he really so popular in Italy and Europe? Imagine he becomes a United player and he breaks Pogba’s

Dybala has 32.2m and Pogba has 36.7m.

Dybala seems to be a very popular and likeable guy. Amongst my friends there is loads of Liverpool and Chelsea supporters and they all really like Dybala - I don’t really know where it stems from.

He's great on video games like Fifa and FM, he was a highly rated youngster and had 3 great seasons at Juve while being an exciting player to watch, has the looks to go with it, and was generally seen as a Messi-lite for years (even though they aren't thaaaat similar in style). He basically had 1 poor season with a completely different role once Ronaldo came in, and that role doesn't get anywhere close to the best out of him (clearly). Borderline world class in the 3 previous seasons though, so that'd be where the fame comes!

Girls don't speak for nothing. He is coming.
I'm sorry but that's just completely sexist, assuming that she would take time out from doing stuff in the kitchen to speak. Joke obviously ffs people grow up

He was meant to be the heir of Messi. And not to mention, his One Direction like looks helps as well.

This is the one player we've been linked to this window that I want us to land. I don't think he's going to agree to join us, though.

If we sign Dybala I bet we play him out of position on the right like we always do. We did it with Kagawa, are still doing it with Mata and now it's Dybala's turn.
Deep down you all know I'm right.

I would honestly say Gomes right now could offer more if Ole had the minerals to start him. But we both know he won’t.

Sometimes I don’t think our fans deserve world class players with statements like this Gomez

Why Ole won’t?
1) Gomes is better
2) if we lose with Gomes, many fans will still support Ole for playing youngster
3) if we lose without Gomes, Ole will be criticized twice as hard

There is no single reason for Ole to not play him

:lol:Gomes over Dybala? Think I’ve heard it all now.
We're the football fan equivalent of The Grass Is Always Greener on the Other Side. Fans beg for a player like Dybala - "Dybala To Join United" - he's shit, he'll just be like Di Maria and move in a season, we need Messi instead etc.
