Paulo Dybala

The ESPN commentators for the Milan game were talking as if Maguire and Dybala/Lukaku swap were done deals. Whilst their coms was utter garbage I'm confident the Disney corp will have a one or two ITKs so I'm believing but not willing to bet on it.

Might have a few bob on Darmian hiding in Lukaku's luggage if it does go through mind you =D

Does seem dodgy the more I think about.

Also I wonder how will Dybala be if he does come and sees his friend Paul leave for Madrid next summer. Will we be getting Paul asking him to join Madrid.

Either we'll be hung out to dry in this transfer or it's a last throw of the dice and we'll throw a couple of two's again. Things have to go really well and perhaps really bad elsewhere for all this to work.
Honestly adding Dybala is so huge to our ambitions, players like him are what gets you closer to titles. If we look like we're gonna start being genuinely competitive then I don't think Pogba will leave.

Dybala will sign, Mourinho will take over at Madrid, Pogba will extend his contract with United and all will be good.

I'd prefer them to nab Pochettino so Spurs can drop back down the ladder.

I dunno about it being dodgy. I think Lukaku will do well at juventus. We don't really know how long the clubs etc have been talking. Wouldn't worry about it

Wow you really overthink things.

I think the fact Real suddenly pulled the plug on Bale (a player Mourinho has long admired) leaving, while so far not bidding for Pogba suggests that there is a genuine chance Jose will be replacing Zizou if/when they have a few shady results.

I’ll openly say Dybala will not sign for Manchester United in this window.

All seems too dodgy to me.

And I’m open to any challenges / friendly bets to those who disagree
Let's consider that to be in fact true. Then I need someone to explain to me our transfer plan:

We're going to let Lukaku move on at the tail end of the window with who as a replacement? Mandzukic? I'd actually be fine with that, if the remaining 60 million went towards another midfield recruit. But I doubt that more than Dybala coming.

'There was a new meeting today between Jorge Antun, Dybala’s agent, and United. United are closer to a solution'

So Dybala liked Rojo's instagram post today (pic was of Rojo during the game today, caption: last game of preseason). Apparently first picture Dybala has liked from Rojo in around a year? IT'S ON

Edit: Just scrolled through about 6 months worth, Dybala doesn't even like Rojo's pics in an Argentina shirt or of the country or anything in the past year, yet liked this last one with a United shirt that he posted a few hours ago. What a wum

How long does it take to discuss salary, image rights, the ins and outs of the club etc with an agent? I would genuinely love to be a fly on a wall in such a meeting.

So thats why we kept Rojo around. He will help him settle for his first year in England. 4D chess from Ole and Woody.

It took quite a bit of time to sign a right back from Crystal Palace. It's only fair a genuine superstar's deal with multiple commercial relationships is sorted diligently. Don't fret.

Keeping Rojo for Dybala who will keep Pogba happy (combined with sacking Mourinho early so he can go to Madrid so they don't buy Pogba).
Keeping Mata so De Gea is happy.

Now the question is why is Darmian still here...

Greenwood if you would. We don’t need to actually “replace” someone who is not a starter anyway, so Greenwood will have Lukaku minutes off the bench.

But the gameplay will be different with Dybala

When I checked Rojo’s latest picture Dybala’s name isn’t coming up in the likes?

I have the same barber of most the United players (except Pogba because that’s too much work for him). Maybe he has some intel.

Dybala posted a FIFA 20 picture on instagram which has a red background. Juventus aren't in FIFA 20 as PES has the exclusive license.

Done dealio isn't it.

Can we try and give them Darmian, Mata and Rojo as part of the deal? Just freebies thrown in.

"Can we trust Pedulla?"

Pedulla's twitter Bio: Literally him taking notes from Sarri :lol::devil:

They're literally the dumbest people on television. You could tell one of the commentators was just reading out loud from each player's Wikipedia page. That's what passes for football commentary in America.
