Dybala apparently wants $424K a week which is £350K a week so if you take away Lukaku’s £250K a week we’re effectively paying £100K a week extra for a far superior player without paying the huge transfer fee it would cost normally to sign a player like Dybala.
I think this coming season will be the last for Sanchez and Mata and that’s if we don’t get lucky and manage to offload Sanchez before the transfer window ends so the likelihood is after this upcoming season we’ll be £500-£600K a week better off in wages, if we’re really lucky we’ll have got Matic off the wage bill by then too.

Lukaku scored 25 league goals in 16/17 but is seen as a 'must sell' on here. Dybala is seen as a 'must buy' largely because he had a good 17/18 in Serie A.

I could see this being true. A season or two ago he was almost like the Neymar of Italy in terms of hype. He was probably expecting a glittering career where he holds all the power. Thankfully, I imagine he doesn't quite have the ego of Neymar, so hopefully just needs a pat on the back from Ed.
