This was clearly related to the supplemental market buys Jose has mentioned 3 times now, after he saw the shit show from Jones and Rojo he's probably already wondering how quickly he can flog one of them and get in another CB.

As far as I could tell, even from his interviews after he joined Juve his main problem was with Sir Alex bringing Scholes out of retirement and playing fullbacks ahead of him in midfield.
Hopefully things kick off again later this evening with news that we've settled the 20% agent/player fee and all that remains is the signatures and medical.
I think he's willing to, but part of me thinks Madrid might be his preferred destination if they're in for him. Understandable, too, they're CL champions and will be in the competition next year, plus it's often the pinnacle for many players. Hopefully we can still get him though.

I don't get it. He's a guy who has had a podcast for a decade and is known to have pretty good contacts. Why not let him do his Periscope and share his thoughts and whatever information he has.
I agree he isn't a complete attention seeker but he doesn't seem that clued up about it. He was blacklisted on here at one point. I remember him coming out with some absolute rubbish once about a transfer that he really got shown up for, but I can't remember who - it was a good few years ago.

I think the old perception was a bit to do with the fact that he was unknown and based in the US, to where people questioned how he could have any connections. That's obviously irrelevant since geography is a non-issue these days and he does offer some interesting thoughts on his podcast.
It's nothing ground-breaking. Genuine ITK's like Di Marzio have reported this enough to make it seem like a goer. I could just go on Twitter and say ''talks will continue'' because they will. I could even put my kneck out and say ''I expect it to happen'' because it probably will. Doesn't mean I have any information. People fall for this too often. de Brun could just be doing an innocent podcast about United, and giving his take on it that the average Joe on RedCafe has - it will probably happen.
It's so easy to be a pretend ITK on a transfer with so much weight. So many accounts appear genuine just because they don't completely talk shit like Indykalia and put out some ridiculous transfer rumour. Yet, they have as many sources as Indykalia - 0.

I genuinely fail to see what the issue is here. If he has a few good contacts and wants to share some of his information through his podcast/periscope etc, then what's the issue.
I can remember enough but never specific details. Some people clearly don't remember anything. Bullshit sources from one window are gospel the next and vice-versa. Di Marzio has got enough right for me to think he is genuinely ITK but even he isn't good enough for me to trust with my life.

If this was a 35m signing for a player from Barca, I'd be shitting myself. But a delay on negotiations for with a £100m fee and a seperate agreement with an agent is understandable. I'm not worried about Real coming in. Cant see them paying that kind of money.
