Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

What would you do for €25M commission? When you figure it out then you will understand Raiola. Pogba is coming.

That's where Schneiderlin would surely come in. But with Carrick signing a new contract and Mourinho saying he'd play Rooney as a No.9/10 (meaning that he'd likely only play a 2 man midfield), it's hard to see Schneiderlin getting consistent game time, if he stays that is.
I think it's worth noting Jose will play Rooney as a 9/10 WHEN he plays. I've not seen anything mentioned that states Rooney is guaranteed to start. Hell, he could be sold for all we know.

We are going to put him straight into the vaunted United can-can line?

Nice to see the Cafs body language experts are reporting for duty
That's when you know it's gone full muppet.

When Pogba's inevitable post match interview goes along the lines of "now is not the time to talk about next season", this place will go into full meltdown.

It's getting close to that point! Personally I can't wait for Pogba to sign a fans shirt :p

After all this... if this saga ends up going down the Vidal/Bale/Sneijder/Ramos/every other big name we go for route I am going to be devastated.

However, I am confident that supreme-muppet Woodward is about to reel in the biggest catch of all.

For me, this is the most sensible news on this topic, from their Juventuz forum.
@Acquire Me, can you ask if we can handle this 15% fee or if negotiations are stalled?
It looks like it's a 10M EUR difference.
If lawyers are creative, they could amend the initial contract to reduce this fee before moving forward (it's a matter of net amount at the end) but I am not a football contract expert.
Anyway, let us know.

I forgot the thread request to not copy paste from other forums. Sorry.

It is a very detailed attempt at being ITK but makes the glaring mistake of claiming that Mata is too lazy for Juve and then in the next sentence says that they are interested in Depay.

Haha yes agreed but the guy has his own record. We just need to hear what our side is saying.

OK guys, can we get serious for a moment here. i got a new message from my fratello in Turin, and im happy to say he bring us good news (for now). according to him, there is a clause in Pogbas contract that makes his former club earn 15% of his future sale. in this case, its United both as the former club and as the buying club, so no matter how much they pay to us, we need to give 15% back. and this is where the negotiations stalled. United (for now) isnt willing to go over 130M. thats a huge offer yes, but it will see them return 19.5M of that, so we would get less than 110M. we want atleast 120M going to us however, so United will have to offer over 140M for Paul, 142M in total to be precise. this way we will earn 120.7M and United will get 21.3M back. we also want to include bonuses in the deal, such as an extra 10M if Pogba wins the balon dor in the next 5 years and 5M if United wins the UCL in the next 3 years. United has no problem with the bonuses apparently, but they arent willing to go over 130M at the moment. they also have to pay provision to Raiola of 25M (5M per year during the next 5 years) so overall, even for them its too expensive at the moment.

on the other hand, we might be getting a United player, regardless of how the Pogba saga ends. you guys remember how i was telling you in the "Behind the curtains thread", how my fratello told me that Woodward was in Turin sometime in April? well, now we know which players were discussed back then. its Mata, Darmian and Depay. United offered Mata to us back then and they even tried to include him into the Pogba deal now, but the answer from Marotta (Allegri) is still the same as in April - "hes too lazy for Juve". Depay seems like a real possibility at the moment, Mourinho doesent count on him and Paratici really likes the player. United is willing to offer him on a discount, 15M price to us if we sell Pogba, otherwise we will have to pay the full price of 25M. as for Darmian, the answer from United is no. Mourinho counts on him and told Woodward to not sell him.

My fratello told me about Pjanic being a done deal 10 days before it happened, and he even told me about Vidal and Coman going to Bayern last summer, Padoin to Cagliari this summer, and deals like Pereyra to Napoli, Hernanes to Benfica and Benatia to us, which are all close to finalization

 He left on a free transfer but signed a deal giving us 15% of the future fee on top of what his agent got? Nice of him :D

One part of these reports I don't quite understand. How can we have not made Juve an offer but Real can't match us financially? Or do they not want to pay the wages?

Probably just the Raiola one. And he's the one shopping around initially, I suppose.

A nominal tribunal fee could have been possible, it happens at point of transfer domestically for poached academy players but a FM style sell on fee is nonsense.
Indeed, we already got the 800K GBP for that purpose. I don't know for the contract part. I agree it's nonsense but both clubs having been in talks initially after Pogba signed because he regretted his move., maybe we didn't get the player back, but we got this agreement? Just speculating here. I just want us to check the other side of the story and indeed, if true, it's not too far.

So if that dudes correct, Juve are happy to pocket 120m and we are happy to go up to 130m. Anything above the 120m comes back into our pocket anyway, so what difference does it make if the offer is 140m if 20m of that comes back to us? Our outgoing is still at 120m, is within what we are happy to pay.
