Just had a look over at Arsenal mania. Loads of posts about how he has to score 30+ goals, or 25 goals more than the best midfielder in the league (Ramsey ) in order to justify his fee.

The amount of salt over there can't be good for their blood pressure

Why not? If you don't mind me asking?

1. Jose seems more adaptable than LVG
2. Paul is the best overall midfielder the Reds have had in years
3. Do you think, at worst, Rooney would be the teams #10 for more than 3 months?

As long as Jose doesn't try to use Paul as a holding midfielder (why would he...SEE Euros), or as a #10 (which Mickey would be the better at) how is this not a great move for Manchester United?

I really hope your answer doesn't include transfer cost.
I don't think Pogba will work as CM in the 4-2-3-1 system......perfect player for 4-3-3......but it seems like Mourinho will play 4-2-3-1.

Pogba could work as CM in the 4-2-3-1 system if he would have a great player next to him (That is currently not the case with Carrick, Schneiderlin and Fosu-Mensah) and if Rooney would play well.

Away for 4 years and finally home. Still speaks perfect english.

Valencia... can you please explain your inability to conduct an interview in the language of the land you have adopted for the past 8-10 years?

Pffthh.. He can't even explain his obsession of smashing football directly into opposition fullbacks shin for years now..

Wait so everybody got the final price wrong?

Is it true that we're paying his fee in instalments? Or this just a silly Twitter rumour?

Raiola's payment is coming out of Juve's share based on the statement they released, don't think anybody thought that was the case, even our guy Luca.
He said our net payment to Juventus is 105m, not including agent commission. He was right, wasn't he?

He was well wrong earlier in the saga though, when he suggested that Juventus have forced us to pay what they were obligated to pay to Raiola

I interpreted that Juventus receive a net amount of €105m and us posting Raiola on top of that.

Btw, seems like Paul only had eyes for us. His message seems to imply that he rejected Real and PSG, probably why we were able to play hardball with Juventus over the fee and get them to pay Raiola's cut, which they were contractually obligated to pay anyway.

Finally. Time to get into the groove for EPL now.

How long until this reaches 1,000 pages? Will we break some arbitrary irrelevant record?

I hope so !
Lord that thread was crap.

I think Glaston just rang talk sport. Some guy saying if Pogba is worth £89 mil then how much is Alli worth? Cause Alli is better . I like Spurs but some of the fans are hard to deal with.

What is this Pogba-Lingard video being mentioned on last few pages?

He's back where he belongs. Don't give a feck about the money spent. Let's watch him build a legacy.

It's on the interview video mate. It shows a number of Pogba goals in the youth team, where he played with Lingard
OK, thanks. I watched the video through club app but it was just interview of 4.5 min.

Welcome back Pogba. Hope he takes off where he left off.
