He really is.Wish he'd stop missing big games, he's fairly injury prone which is starting to get slightly concerning.

Agree with this. Not a big loss at this at this point if we're being honest. In a game like this in the form he's in, he might be great but he might be invisible. Someone like Fellaini is probably more reliable. It severely limits our attacking potential but makes it much more difficult for Liverpool's attacking game.
He missed Liverpool and City? Played v Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea. He never seems fit or available to play in the big games.
It's weird.

@Niall this is a perfect example of what I was saying the other day. News of a key injury lost in a player performance thread rather than being a new thread in the United forum.
Down with megathreads!
How many of those games last season did he miss due to injuries?Missed both Liverpool games, missed Chelsea away, missed spurs at home, missed city at home.
Last season didn't play away at City, Spurs or Arsenal.
It's a recurring theme.
I can’t, I just can’t.It is all about his body again as the worse his daily behaviour is the more possible an injury is .
This is when you drink 1 l whiskey and on the other day start running and if u usually run 5 km , then would u be able to run them ? Probably no .

This season:All of them I think.
He missed a fair few games towards the end of last season. It's not his fault, I don't believe for a second he's faking injuries or any of that nonsense.
I just think he's injury prone.
Fair enough. I couldn't remember the others.Missed both Liverpool games, missed Chelsea away, missed spurs at home, missed city at home.

See below:Fair enough. I couldn't remember the others.
This season:
He missed City due to suspension
Missed spurs due to injury
Missed Liverpool home and away due to injury
Missed Chelsea due to to injury
However, all the 3 missed big games were due to the same injury. Which is an important fact..
Going back to last season:
Missed spurs due to the death of his father
Missed City away due to injury
Didn't miss Arse away, he was on the bench
So no. There is no pattern to be observed, and nothing to suggest he's more injury prone than an average player.
Also fair enough.See below:
No.Is mourinho protecting pogba by taking him out of these sort og games?
Absolutely. Even if he's having a horrible game, his ability to create something extraordinary out of nothing means teams have to still account for him. With a midfield of Mctominay and Matic they know they don't have to worry about that.People saying he's "not a huge miss" are doing him a huge disservice. He's had some abject performances, no denying that, but he's absolutely key to our creativity and the simple fact that when he's not on form we're a much much worse side only highlights just how integral he is to our best play. Therefore when he's not playing at all, we're a worse side. He's comfortable on the ball and can carry it through the middle, two attributes that will be key today and his ability to bypass their midfield with his searching passes would have given Liverpool a headache when they press in numbers in our half.
