The One and Only
Seems to be everywhere now so you’d assume he’s out of the lineup. Hard to know what’s going on behind the scenes but if there is even the slightest chance of getting the same sort of showing as against Newcastle, it’s the right choice. And it’s not that hard to imagine a player of his stature being left out and coming back stronger (see Rooney v Inter, for example) but unless he’s unfit or unwell, which would be hard to explain given that he’s trained all week, then it is patently a really big talking point.
