Played very well today. People would be saying he was value for money by now if Zlatan could finish some of the chances he creates.

Had a very good second half. You can't fault him for creating clear goal-scoring opportunities, and he did that today.

Class today, kept it simple at times which he needs to do more of, created chances and was disciplined.

That's just him trying to find a better pass. If it's not on, then he will move it elsewhere.

I know, but when teams sit deep like Burnley did, sometimes it's harder to consistently find those passes and it's better to just keep the ball moving quickly and waiting for the gaps to appear with quick movement of the ball.

Was class today. Two or three outstanding passes.

Once he settles in, he will be unstoppable. Thank you Jose for bringing him here.

- 90 minutes played
- 6 chances created
- 4 take ons
- 6 ball recoveries
- 6 shots
- 86/97 passes completed

I think he's a real positive from today! Had a big influence on the game and completed 9 more passes than anyone else (Blind). Very unlucky not to get even 1 assist.

He ignored Fellaini and Rooney a few times. Was probably pissed at his partner Mata being subbed. Looked really good on the left in those closing stages

Put in a couple of unbelievable crosses at the end and he looked a real threat from the left I thought.

Nice showing. Could have had two or so assists today.

The only complaint I had was that when Blind(?) made that error that led to that last ditch challenge from Shaw, he was very laboured in tracking back and should have been right on the Burnley player who was waiting for the pass. Maybe from the camera angle it didn't show him clearly enough, but it didn't seem to me like he was busting a gut to get back. As I said, only a small complaint as I thought he was very good today.

Excellent game.

Needs to stop dropping tools whenever he thinks there might have been a handball.

That's more like a midfielder . Very good today. His passing improved today. And movement around the area was encouraging. Just needs to get those shots on target and he'll look like a 90m pound signing

That's the stuff the Paul Pogba we know should be doing more often. Great stuff

Very good second half today, tried to influence the game a lot more. Created lots of chances and used his head while dribbling. Hope he keeps improving because there is so much more he can offer.

I also hope people stop this nonsense about him needing to play as a 10 or on a left in a 433 with one runner and one defensive midfielder alongside him! His best performances have come in a midfield 2 for us, let him play in that role and develop his defensive side of the game.

Fantastic performance. Should have had 2-3 assists and his passing was crisp.

Apart from that one lapse of concentration right after the break, I thought he was fantastic in the second half. Drove us forward the way I have been waiting for him to show that he can, and he certainly did his part today. Should've had a couple of assists, and if he'd been wearing his shooting boots he could have had a goal or two as well.

 Assume you're taking the piss here

Actually no, but I can see I wrote this badly

I tried to say that Pogba was in good positions to deliver crosses. Like the Ibra miss towards the end, he found that kind of space many times. In contrast with other games, when he spend more time in packed areas of the pitch.

We definitely didn't exploit them!

He's been only here a short time... and already caught the Rooney's moan at the ref instead of playing on disease.

He played well today; passed the ball nicely, created some really good chances and linked up well with those around him.

The game was tailor made for him though. He had Herrera holding for him, Burnley were trapped in their own box at worst and defended very deep at least so there was plenty of space and opportunity for him to get forward. When he does that he's very effective because he's quality player with a great skill set. We flooded forward all game really trying to get a goal and that suited him down the ground.

The big questions with Pogba will be answered in the big games where we won't have as much possession in and around the opposition box. Can he be disciplined, can he solidify the spine and can he control and dictate the game when he has it?

He's a talented lad though without question. Lovely range of passing, good vision and it's just a shame we couldn't turn those chances into goals today.

He has created some very good chances and his game in and around the box was superb. In this season he should have had at least 4 assists and 3 more goals, very unlucky not to have them.

He was my MOTM, he started nearly all our attacks and remained unpredictable doing it, through balls, long balls, flicks, fast one two's, slow buildup, you name it. I feel our poor finishing hurt him most, he did everything he could bar dribbling through entire team to score himself.

Yeah, he brought everything to the table yesterday, absolute shame we wasted everything.
