They've wanted him for a while now. I remember rumors over the past couple of transfer windows of them bidding silly money. Now they have AVB and Hulk they probably see Oscar as the big "superstar" to top it off.

Never rated him, he's bang average. I remember some on here used to be fawning about him. Anyhow, stupid move considering he's quite young and could easily get another decent enough European club.
The Chinese tend to buy players for huge money that have either been top players or have been at top clubs, he's shite and so are his two previous clubs.
