And there's still people on here bending over backwards to absolve the manager. Incredible.

We play the lower teams with low-blocks 75% of the season. Ole has shown he has zero ideas on how to break them down. We're going nowhere under him.

Do people seriously believe we are ''unlucky, just an off-day'' when it's been happening for months?

How long are we supposed to drag this out for?

By that logic Mourinho and Pochettino are just as bad as Solskjaer. Teams have offdays. Players make individual errors. It happens.
No one can argue that blaming manager for mistakes isn’t fair. What is fair is blaming him for the woeful performances

Ole's biggest mistake was forcing Pogba to stay another season when he was desperate to leave. When your best player can't stand being here, it's like a negativity virus that spreads around the dressing room.
He should've take 100 million for him and taken a punt on someone like John McGinn or Emil Forsberg.

Even though I have been more relaxed in recent weeks, it has really only been the poor form of Chelsea, and Spurs earlier in the season, that has stopped Ole’s position becoming untenable. This time last year we had more points but were 11 off top four. This season we have fewer points but will only be 4-7 depending on the result later.

What’s more damning though is that we are three points behind a promoted Sheffield United and level on points with a Newcastle side, under a manager, Steve Bruce, who was basically being humiliated in the media earlier in the season for his how underwhelming an appointment he was.

We’re just 24 points behind Liverpool, who have a game in hand too.

It is not the midfield options but the way he sets them up. Isn't it time he realised that he has two mediocre midfield players and to compensate for that he needs to get the numbers there? There is no way that Fred and McTominay are going compensate no matter how good they are when they have to play against 4 to 5 players. Furthermore the play parallel to each other with Lingard in front of them. Even if you play Fellaini there instead of Lingard it would have been better.
I do not care what lefty or anyone says anymore. Ole is simply not good enough. He needs to go and go now.

That Mata sub is so horrible. Please Ole, how the f*ck can't you see it...

Eh? Ole has a knack of doing this regularly. And it's not just individuals, we are genuinely looking dogshite against the rock bottom side in the league this season.

It's not just those 2 individual errors. Look at us play. We are fecking turd, again. Bournemouth, Newcastle, West Ham, Watford. How many do you really want before it's not about off days?

Right, so we just 'had off days' against Southampton and Wolves and Newcastle and Bournemouth and West Ham and Villa and Sheffield and Everton and Palace, and now Watford?

 These off days have a real pattern to them dont they.

Happened last season under Mourinho too. Happened to Poch with Spurs. Is happening to Chelsea this season as well. What's your point?
That the teams' performance is the responsibility of the manager. I would have thought that was obvious. You are blaming the players. Players who are only on the pitch because the manager picked them, I might add.

Nice examples, by the way. Two managers who were sacked for under performing. Much like Ole. But we should keep him because he used to play for us.

Good time to sack Ole now, bring Poch in and have a window to bring in some new talented players and salvage this season. If we don't, this patchy form will continue and we'lll be battling for top 10 and probably will miss out on Poch also.

I think Ole is liked by the players but he lacks the tactical knowledge to break down weaker teams. I don't know if we'd get a new manager bounce but we need someone who can coach us to break down weaker teams.

Seriously, all of you that want to keep him here are part of the problem. There is zero evidence of coaching occuring at this club.

'He understands the culture of the club and all the players love him' is an excuse I hear all the time. This has been the worst I have ever seen United and Ole has been in the job for a year now and i can't see him turning it around.

And, of course the players love him, it's no surprise considering most of the players playing weren't given the opportunities that they are getting when Jose was here. I firmly believe that Ole needs to go and it needs to happen ASAP.

Nope. We're also lacking the quality to break down tough teams. You could attribute that to poor coaching but then we've had the same problems with LvG and Mourinho in charge.

It would also help if we didn’t gift them two goals out of the blue through individual error, and constantly execute shitty passes. Can’t exactly put that on Ole’s doorstep.

After the promising period I thought wins, or at least dominating performances v Everton and Watford could change my vote. Looks like my first instinct was correct. Never good enough for us. His good work on squad building and getting rid of overpaid fools can be continued by a manager who actually knows how to get a team to play decent football.

I’ve been fairly consistent over the past year. I’m also consistent when I say that midfield three of Fred, McTominay and Lingard is dreadful.

We could sack Ole tomorrow and we’re not finishing above fifth or sixth with any other manager with midfield options such as this.

Your otherwise saying that in world football there's no manager that's better than Ole given the circumstances of our team.

We still have a chance of the top 4 if the board act now. Get Ole out. His record against average teams is awful. We've not beaten Villa, Newcastle, Sheff Utd, Bournemouth, Everton, West Ham and now Watford. It's a joke he is our manager and it's a joke some still support him. He needs to go tonight or first thing tomorrow.

Funny, the players didn't have any problem beating the champions. I guess they aren't a tough team.

OR, perhaps the manager has only one way of playing and hasn't a clue what to do against teams who sit back.

Ole gave one of those players a big contract, when everyone last season could see he was past his best. Made about 7 mistakes last season alone from February.

It's not Ole's fault, these things happen. However, if he could get us to breakdown weak teams, it might be 2-2 or 2-3. This isn't the first time either.

Although Lingard and now Greenwood have fluffed chances so Ole isn't completely to blame for this game.

In all honesty, neither Mourinho or LvG were good enough. But they're experience and previous success brought us some trophies - Ole won't win shit. Well maybe a league cup.

Yeah, Ole’s the only coach that would retain De Gea, assuming class is permanent.

Unfortunately, teams know how to play against us and can circle the day they play us as a day to most likely get results.

Not to this extent. Not even close.

We're now averaging less than a point per game against these sides.

The inconsistency right now is beyond belief. Players can get motivated for the big games but against mid and lower teams they just don’t turn up again and again. I am not shocked at all by today and I cannot be the only one. What does Ole say to them before these games for it to happen so often. Sorry but he has to go or we will never progress even with better players

Not only that, they had scored 9 before this game and had to pick the ball out of their own 32 times. But only the worst but and absolute train wreck with one win until we came to town.

Yeah, it’s not the 2 individual errors in this game that are damning... it’s that we haven’t created a single decent chance since then, until the 83rd minute... and even then it’s been more half chances than genuine openings.

That’s not acceptable, even with crapper then usual players. Even mid-table should be able to create against fecking bottom!
