IMO we look a worse coached team than a good majority of the sides we play. That, more than almost everything else at the moment, worries me. He’s here a year now. The gameplan doesn’t look any more refined that it did last season.
Didnt you know that any manager needs at least 5 years to implement his tactics? Being absolutely shite is fine as long as it’s les than 5 years.

Outplayed by another promoted club but he gets the club and all the other bollocks.

No coaching, no mentality, no style of play, outplayed against awful sides home and away, leaking goals galore.

Ole in guys, what exactly is he doing right?

Ole at HT: well done lads, now go out there and express yourselves in the 2nd half.

We are so comically bad. This team gets killed by Moyes' United. This is as bad as its ever been. We need to change things up fast.

The only match can remember us looking like a better coached team this season, besides Chelsea in the first game, was against Astana. Then again, that United team played as they do in the under 23 so not really OGS coaching them.

He has to be sacked at this point. Keeping him when is available is negligence of the highest order.

Nothing, but he is an ex player, so loyalty and love 4ever.

Sadly what I expect. And then another presser line along the lines of "at halftime I could have taken all the players off. Aston Villa just wanted it more. So I told them to get into it. Play for the badge. And they showed heart to win the game"

Do think we can win this but it shouldn't take away from how awfully coached we are

At least he has successfully erased any sort of playing style off the team. Some of the top reds who were saying we'll have to change the style again doesn't apply. Any manager can be hired now.

He has created a team lacking leadership, ability and mental strengths. We are fecking bottlers, him included. Get Poch in before it's too late.

We do love conceding. When was our last clean sheet?
Partizan at home last month.

In the league, you have to go back to Leicester at home back in September. We've gone 8 games without a clean sheet in the league since. Conceding 11 goals in 8 games.

We paid record fees for defenders too, ignoring attack & midfield!

When you have Fred and perreria in midfield what do you expect? Both are woeful
That's the managers fault for not demanding replacements for either Herrera or Felanny. We all knew Perreria is shit and yet he gets a new contract. Herrera is allowed to leave. No other person to blame but Solskjaer.

That is no excuse, and it's the manager that picks the team. Ole is out of his depth and the inept coaching staff is not helping either, Mike Phelan for fecks sake, up there for the worst No. 2 of the Ferguson era, and Carrick and McKenna, both with 0 PL or CL experience when it comes to managing anything. We are by far the worst coached team in the whole of PL if not Europe currently, and there are no signs there will be any improvement. Sack Ole or sack the rest of the coaching staff and bring someone in who know a thing or two about coaching.

I don't know, any patterns of defensive or offensive game perhaps? Some work done on defensive or offensive set pieces? fecking crazy expectations I know but still.

Honestly I thought about making a thread where I'd go aspect by aspect of our game and ask people to be seriously honest with themselves and just ask themselves what exactly has Ole improved closing in to a year of his tenure. One thing really, not some 'great atmosphere' bullshit, something you could take from the game. Defensive/offensive transitions? Corners? Set pieces? Which individual players have been improved post Mourinho? Have our strikers become better?

There's some very basic shit that hasn't been addressed for a fecking year, starting with providing width (remember when we were complaining that there's no right winger in our team? there's still nobody there, everybody's swarming middle/left), neither of our 'strikers' actually bothers attacking first post, and so on, and so forth.

I just cannot be bothered really.

What style of play has he implemented in a year? I see nothing except pass to James and sprint
