Nothing to worry about. That Fergie guy promised us a winning streak. In Premier League nonetheless.

Defending and countering with Rashford and James is easy. Coming up with a attacking plan to unlock a defense is a lot harder.

Besides Pogba, Martial, Rashford and maybe James he only has below average players in attack and midfield though.

Could have somewhat accepted a draw. Not this, he's not good enough and once again didn't make substitutions on time. Has he ever made any in half time?

he has to now do the decent thing. I once worked on a student TV service and the comparison would be making me the director general of the BBC. we will lose to brighton too. the "plan" is a con job. it doesn't exist

He's been by far the worst United manager in my lifetime, and has a good chance of becoming the worst United manager ever. Should have been sacked a month ago, now Ed is sabotaging the club by not sacking him (and while we're there, resigning himself).

He's just so average. That darn run last season was the ultimate con job.

He still plays wrong players in odd positions. That's on him. He makes changes too little, too late and evidently doesn't coach us going forward.

He also has as good a midfield on paper as Bournemouth, and as good a defence. There's no excuse on the squad argument anymore. It's not like the teams he's lost points against are big sides.

but he sold two players without replacing them. unforgiveable

Awful “manager”.

He wouldn’t get the job at Bournemouth or any other Premier League club. Let that sink in... he wouldn’t get the job at any Premier League club! But yet he’s at the helm of the so-called “biggest club in the world”

What say the posters who ridiculed the rest because Ole masterminded wins against Partizan, Norwich and Chelsea reserves? Three shots on target today. Pereira at 10 who had a 60% pass completion. Another insipid, embarrassing display but Ole gets Utd DNA so we should persevere because of that.

We also looked tired from the stupid carabao cup. James and one of mctominay or Fred shouldn't have started that match

Just not good enough, shame like every decision his sacking will be delayed.

And like that, we’re back to where we were three weeks ago. This game is perfect evidence of why I think he isn’t good enough. He isn’t turning this around. One young French forward being fit does nothing.

Tara Ole. A couple of penalties on the road isn't going to override the consistently shit performances.
Tbf we’ve had a load of penalties but they’ve not actually contributed to much in terms of our points tally

Took too long to bring on Greenwood and Williams. Difficult to gauge a manager when all you have is Lingard on the bench to change things whilst your defense has the propensity to ball watch as a striker is juggling the ball in the box.

We've been shit for six years. We can keep sacking manager after manager until we're the new Liverpool of 1992-20XX, but it's abundantly clear that there's much more wrong than that. It's entirely possible that Ole isn't up to the task, but it's also far from obvious that he isn't. Since Fergie, nobody has done well. Anyone who heaps all the blame onto the manager is playing a part in what's bringing this club down, because it's well-known that clubs respond to fan feedback, and all the fan feedback for six years now has just been "sack the manager again." Anyone who thinks this shit is just the result of improper management is deluded.

What he must do to be sacked? I don't get it. I see clubs sacking manager all over the Europe but we keep allowing the most untalented manager in PL history to ruin our club week after week. We became average PL club under him.

Come on United....

It's clear that he's a terrible manager. It's been clear for months. Stop postponing the inevitable and sack him, and get a manager in who can actually coach some good football.

We might as well end the season now if we have no plans of sacking him. Waste of time.

I don't want him sacked as he is the first manager since fergie to show interest in the long term .

However there is no denying the here and now has been horrific

His in-game management is so, so poor. I understand the bench isn't good enough, but to not make any tactical games until the last 10 minutes is unreal.

Just wonder how bad it will have to get before Ed takes action. It’s a huge mistake persisting with Ole, he’s not even close to being good enough. I don’t object to idea of a three year plan but entrusting that to such an ordinary manager is just dumb.

Ed has nailed colour to the mast so I do wonder even if we finish 8th-9th if they’ll still try to sell us this idea everything will magically get better.

Please just go, its killing my joy for the club.

We're at LvG levels, forget if a player or two will improve us it doesn't matter, what matters is the manager isn't good enough.

Start the project with someone else, someone with experience or demonstrable promise.

Only Herrera needed replacing. Centre forward Lukaku was replaced with LW Martial and LW Martial was replaced with LW/RW James.

Still need two midfielders and a right wing player.
martial is not a goal scorer - lukaku might not be excellent but look at his scoring record

The recent good results made many of us too giddy prematurely. We need to look at things on a large scale, several weeks to see if there is a serious changing trend at the club. Ole didn't become a good manager in 10 days

This irks me so much. Long term fecking what? Long term shitness?

The blueprint for beating Ole's United is so simple, drop deep and we struggle to break down a deep defense. Felt the subs came on too late.
