I got the OT centenary book/magazine today and it's really quite shoddy. Lots of factual errors, a couple of typos and just poorly and unimaginatively written. They would have done better to have had a few supporters stories and recollections in it instead of going over the same old stuff again. More a potted general history of United than the ground.
Not one mention of Bank Street in it, which is pretty odd, all things considered. Only a cursory mention of the wartime bombing. Absolutely no information on the construction of the ground or anything. Only about two "rare" photos along with the same old stuff you always see.
