Turtles In Time
I complately wasted a tenner last week. Bought this compilation of Megadrive games for the PS3. My son is four and is getting to that point where he is quite good at games but PS3 games are too complex for him, too many buttons. I wanted to get some simple games which only had a couple of buttons to worry about, and thought Sonic the Hedgehog etc might fit the bill. I would have preferred a SNES compilation but they didnt have one so had to go Sega.
Last night I played a couple of them to see what he would like and fck me they were bad. Seriously, seriously awful. Hard to imagine I ever thought they were in any way good. I wouldnt impose them on him, even a 4 year old would laugh at them, my phone has games that are 10x better.
Would be interested to play a few SNES games like the original Mario Bros game etc, I am sure they were more playable and would have stood the test of time better.

Flashback - the Delphine Software game. I'd love to see it on XBLA - one of my favourite ever games. Fade to Black, the sequel was ok too.

I had a lot of downtown at work last summer and I played a lot of NES games on an emulator. Manage to finish the Turtles game. One of the hardest games I've finished. Took a long ass time. Shredder was super easy though.
