I mean you would, he's 35, he's won everything and they're offering €200m or whatever a year. Easy one for Karim I think,
Saudi League will be like China 5 or 10 years ago. They sign a bunch of washed up star players on insane money, then they'll lose interest as economic times get harder most probably... You can't just create a league somewhere that has no football culture (or even the climate to play it outdoors most of the time).
Middle East doesn’t have a culture of football?
I had to laugh at that part.
I think it is maximum £70m for Madrid and minimum £120m for United who Levy perceives as rivals.I have a feeling Madrid won’t be spending that big, the “£100m because feck you” price is just for United. I think levy takes 60-70 from Madrid.
I also think Kane might consider kissing the PL record goodbye to join them.

Still, we’d be requested to pay much more. If it’s £100m for Madrid then it’s £150m for us.I'm not sure about that. Levy has a point of reference when dealing with Madrid, they bought Hazard in similar circumstances for 100m plus bonuses. I don't see him demanding any less than that.
If he moves to Real Madrid he would have finally won something. I mean, he has never won a single trophy in his whole career.Surprised anybody thinks Kane will go to Madrid. All he has as a legacy is breaking the PL record which he won't need many more seasons to do. He'll sooner stay at tottenham then leave next season for free.

I've always thought it was a blessing that Pep never got his hands on him. City were linked with him a couple of seasons ago. Would've been absolutely terrible for us and the league. One of my favorite strikers of the last 20 years. I don't usually envy Madrid players because we play very different brands of football. However, he and Modric would have been perfect Barca players.

But where else could he move to guarantee better chance of trophy though?Would he? Of course, it is easier to win in Madrid, but you never know if there's a barren spell around the corner even for them.

Yeah honestly made no sense for the Chinese to do so because all the money went to the marquee players instead of youth development and so on. It ended up being awash with corrupt money, too, hence it was clamped down. So, the Saudi league is the new richer version of what the Chinese league tried to do a few years ago.
Let's reunite the boys at Old Trafford. The Last Dance.
Wasn't the issue in China that the government stepped in and massively limited the money that could be spent? Saudi Arabia is very unlikely to have that issue, its the government that's pushing this
It's a fair weather project, China was a growth machine and wanted to project their power with football. Things got tough economically so yes they pulled the plug.
Saudi rely on oil, a global recession, much lower price, possibly similar happens. Can't justify spending hundreds of millions on football in such an environment.
Something makes me horny thinking that we could refer to Real Madrid as our 'feeder club'.
Or the one buying off their older players who are past their best and giving them crazy wages.
