Basic rules
We'll have 12hrs for 1st round and 8hrs each for the next 2 rounds per pick. Results will be announced if all picks are in before that. You guys will be selecting 12 players. Changing the pick will not be allowed.
The first criteria will be out in the next few mins. As it's the 1st round of the 1st pick and people might not be aware, we'll be lenient if someone doesn't turn up in 12hrs. That's just for this round though.

Sheep draft explanation
It's a sheep draft. You PM the name of the player you want which fits the criteria. If you pick a unique player who no on else has picked, he's yours. If 2 or more managers pick the same player, he gets blocked and their pick fails. We have 3 such rounds. If you don't have a player even after the 3rd Round, you get assigned a "sheep", essentially, a shit player that fits the criteria will be given to you by the mods.
Not if people hurry up but in any case, the paranoia is what makes it fun.
Yeah it has more mind games trying to second guess people. People leaving obvious picks and good teams imposed with hopeless sheeps
