I distinctly remember bunking college and staying at home to watch us chase the total on day 4 of the Test.

Edit: My bad. I thought you were talking about the Kolkata Test. As you were.

Kolkata one, i was in class but the other two, Chennai an Delhi one was on Sunday.

Oh OK. Chennai I don't remember school etc but had tuition in evening which used to be 7 days anyway. Delhi I was home that much I remember. Given I used to miss school often for watching cricket, that can be easily confused

The chaos that followed!!! Sachin had to come out of dressing room and go around the ground pacifying the crowd of 60-70k! The news had filtered in school that Sachin got run out and the manner of it and everyone was fuming and raging

We weren't in fecking school for this too.
