Nicklas Bendtner

Could become a good player, still a ways to go though

Everyone at Arsenal hates him. Could get him for nothing.

Bendtner looks like a decent prospect, and he could turn out to be a prolific striker.

Not a chance he's hardly set the premiership alight this year he's not United standard. END OFF.

what? its a valid point...

this whole thread is bullshit so your post fits right in... ;)

Haven't we learn our lesson today from the Alves thread? :nono:

Someone please close this thread, don't want another thread to haunt us again.:nervous:

Afte todays loss, we are going to need to completely overhaul the squad - starting by buying this guy.

Anyone notice, after his goal yesterday, none of the Arsenal players celebrated with Bendtner? Only Walcott eventually walked over and patted him on the back. This from the team that regularly has very intimate celebrations after scoring.

What I'm saying is that it's clear Bendtner doesn't fit in at Arsenal. I've heard several Arse fans saying he has an "attitude problem". I don't think he has a future at Arsenal. What with the Adebayor and Gallas stuff it's clear he'll be sold. He's only 19 isn't he? He will be a very good player some day. I doubt Wenger would let us sign him, but honestly I wouldn't say no if we could get him cheap.

I agree. He'd suit us down to the ground.

He's very promising at 20. I think his game is more about touch and awareness than pure goal scoring.
From what I saw of him at Birmingham I beg to differ slightly. He scored like a natural for them. It's very true he is about awareness and touch, but he seems the same type of player Ruud was for us win 2003. Though not with the same goal getting ratio ATM. But the potential is there. He is excellent at link up play, has a brilliant first touch and an eye for goal. With more pace than Ruud ever had. With experience IMO his goal scoring ratio can reach Ruud levels. I will be shocked if Wenger ever let such a gem go.

he´s a donkey, the white heskey.

btw, people keep going on about his great form at Birmingham, he scored 11 goals in 42 games for them. Hardly great.

As Steve Bruce said:“You see Nicklas and he's 6ft 4in and you think of him as about 26 years old. You forget he's a kid. He led the line in a Championship side at Birmingham at just 18".

I thought it was a potato for a head with a melted lump of plastic stuck in it for a nose.

Wouldn't want him any where near this club- isn't as flexible as we like our lads :nervous:

He didn't have any confidence going into the last match but after his goal he seemed to wake up and actually went after the ball... Would take Theo over him...
