The Avs still traded away Chris Drury - idiots.

I agree that trade was horrible, Drury might return to Avs according to rumors. Lacroix also wants Luongo :D

Lacroix's a fat French-Canadian. His son played for the Kings and was dire for most of his time with us.

I'd find a place for Drury on my team.

Btw Anschutz the cnut want's to build a new stadium for my local team, excellent :D

Oh you'll see...just wait 'til Kovalev comes back and we'll be unbeatable again.

Semi final if you guys are lucky.

You're probably right..although I quite fancy our chances against every team in the east, even Ottawa as they always seem to choke in the play-offs.

I think we might make it to the finals although we have to keep a healthy squad and not get trash in the second round of the play-offs like we usually do. It's good to be optimistic though, and the city has a nice vibe to it when the Habs are doing well. So Habs for the cup!

Matt Sundin is a gaytard by the way, we were robbed by a stupid ref today.

it's MatS Sundin. He's not a gaytard. on the other hand, Markov was the gaytard. shouting at the ref? PUSHING the linesman? you call that class?
refs are shit as always, we got robbed in carolina thanks to them, and the ''video-reviewing'' crew :wenger:

I felt the penalty to Markov was harsh...It wasn't classy to shout at the ref ( even he was stupid) but that's not the point. That earlier goal should have counted too, nothing wrong with that.

Sundin can feck off :p

get over it and live with it, it's a part of the game.

oh yeh, sundin can feck off because he got his 1100 pts against the habs with an assist and his 1101 with the OT game winning goal ;)

I know, I was just pointing out that you need to cheat to win games.

and you need to push the referee to get your team going

cheated? :boring:
yes, one disallowded goal, and that was in the first period, it might have an impact carrying on the momentum into the second or third, but you guys came back from a 2-0 deficit and was still in the game, i don't see there's any trouble for you guys to score another one or two.
Sundin was the difference, admit it ;)

Yesterday he was. Could've been different as I thought we outplayed you and the ref had a shocker but fair do's for the win....

Remind me when was the last time your team actually won anything? ;)

On a more serious note, are there many Habs fans in Toronto?

because they're loads of leafs fans in Montreal, although some make the trip because tickets are too expensive or somewhat...

that sounds like a scouser shouting 18-4...

i was at the pub in downtown last night, there were i'd say 10 habs fans in the bar...there were quite a lot of habs fan in the game weren't there? around 1000?
i know 2 habs fans only, my co-worker and my cousin's boyfriend...i'd say 75% people in toronto are Leafs fan, got a few sens, bruins, hawks, flames and wings friends around

nope, the tickets in toronto aren't that expensive, starts from 24 to 350. it's always sold out.. if given the chance i'd wanted to go to montreal and watch the leafs play as well '*** it's really hard to get a ticket to the ACC. most of the expensive tickets were sold to companies as an incentive to their employees, so unfair... :nono:

Ermmm....18-5 actually.5th one very recent.

The expensive tickets are always sold to companies as the normal human being wouldn't pay 350$ for hockey. It's sold out since the beggining of the season in Montreal too, I've only been once against Florida.

As for Leafs fans in Montreal they're a small minority, but still a lot more than other fans that's what I meant. 99% of the people here support the Habs, why wouldn't they we are the biggest team in the league.

Leafs = Arsenal

There was no way penalty to Rivet at the end and Markov goal was good! feckin' cheaters
he tripped Nik Antropov... that was obvious.

and i'm sorry that goal was disallowed, if you guys go and complain about this, tell me cause i'll be filing one for the leafs vs. carolina game. we got 2 goals disallowed in OT, beat that.

 @ the Toronto vs. NYI game...
seems like we're watchin NLL!! all hail the NHL and the NHLPA...:smirk:

bet you guys don't know what happened:
first period (just ended), 4-4 already  NYI scored twice, then the leafs responded, after that, penalties flying (leafs took like...7, a couple of them are bullshit calls), the fans were booing so loud, but no one cares... anyways... NYI scored 2 '2-men-down' penalties with 3:xx mins to go, leafs scored twice to tie things up...

off to watch the second period.. what drama...

You lot took a right trashing from the Sens the other day. Again.

yeh J2F, it's a relief lol... by hammering another opponent lol

8-4 the score after 40 mins  2 SH goals, 6 STRAIGHT by the leafs...
now see what will happen in the 3rd..

game over 9:6, how often when your team gave up 6 goals but you still won the game...hilarious... someone please fire pat quinn....
