The way Denzel Ward is looking right now, he could become one of the best players in the league. Same goes for Myles Garrett. Browns D is gonna be legit for many years, I‘d say. There is some real talent on that team.

One can be forgiven for giving up on a Jets / Browns game at 14-0. It's admirable enough to have even started watching it.

I got into College Football last year and been following Baker Mayfield. Can't get over I missed it.

Anyway. Browns should be 3-0. In Vegas their spread for year was +5 to win

Not sure why but I always thought you were British Baz.

I think by the end of the season it will be abundantly clear why Mayfield was taken as the #1 Quarterback. What was the main knock on him, his 'personality' and his height?

He was electric, immediately upped the excitement of the game and his team.

Height and immaturity were issues.

He also had poor footwork and pocket presence, and inconsistent field vision in college, which made teams unsure of how he would transition over to a pocket based pro-style offense.

Not sure how much height has been an issue for him, as he's actually taller than Drew Brees. Immaturity definitely was an issue at times, but he seems to have fixed that bit.

I know i said it last night as well but I am not sure if it was the play calling or just an off day but didn't see any explosiveness in Darnold at all last night. Far too many of the plays were sideways , screens and slants so hard to know but the ball didn't come out nicely for him

I know overall he had a pretty bad game, but he threw a couple excellent passes too which is being overlooked. Remember that this is an offence that is pretty devout of stars or difference makers at any level. And I may be wrong but I don’t think he was giving up deeper passes to constantly go check-down. Finally, it’s worth noting that at 14-14 he lead the team down the field. Yes only 3 points but actually at a key point it was a good drive.

For me Darnold is like Goff. A player who has excellent fundamentals but doesn’t have “it” in the way their comparatives Wentz And Mayfield appear to have. That’s not to say they aren’t or won’t ever be better than them. They are just the type who will grow into their game.l because their success is based on fundamental quality rather than ability to bring that wow factor.

Does anyone else have any trouble playing videos on nfl.com? I tried different browsers too but the videos just either don't load even after pressing play or just play the audio without any video.

GamePass not working for anyone else? Infuriating.

Chiefs are so good offensively, so many options & Mahomes looks like he's been doing it for a long time.

Nice from Sanders

Awesome block to get him in too

Sherman just about keeping up. I'm sure he let Hunt know about it.

I'm amazed they ruled that a fumble. Looked a clear forward pass.

Horse collar penalty will get back a lot of yards
