Were they just going to flag Robey-Coleman regardless of what he did on his first tackle?

So it’s gonna be that kind of Game. How exciting. Bullshit call.

Rather funny seeing Caf posters go Liverpool conspiracy mode when the Pats play.
That sounds a lot like Patriots words to me.

Just saw a reply of the first foul though, grabbing the helmet and it wasn't called, doesn't exactly balance things out though.

So the defender is meant to stop, let the guy turn and run, then tackle him?

I really hope we arent talking about BS calls by the end of this game.

Everyone completely loses their shit when it's for the Pats. I still remember the Jags AFC championship last year where people had no objectivity.

That being said, just saw that again and..

Yeah, that was defo more of a flag then the one that was called. In fact, im sure the guy who did that one got called on the next play even though he wasnt near the tackle.

ive never heard that before. not to say it doesnt exist but i watch a lot of football and ive never heard it

I like that they want to protect players (which is a change from years ago) but theyve gone totally overboard in some circumstances.
The one on the QB where you need to tackle, and somehow flip your body to make sure your weight doesnt go on them is the craziest.

I reckon the NFL would have been the most entertaining sport in the world without Bill Belichick.

Gostowski’s done that in each of the last few SBs. Ffs

Interesting drive from the patriots. Running game was good, refs were up to the task and came up clutch in the key moment but their qb and the kicker let them down. Still promising I guess.

That was incredible by Brady to force the three and out earlier.

Tell you what, this is a really intriguing match. Need to see Rams get going on offence though.
