NFL Thread 2014-2015

Thank feck for Eddie Lacey. Wins us the game and we finally have a good rush to compliment the pass game (especially when it doesnt work like today).

Great catch LaFell. He's been a really good addition to the offense.

Hope he's ok.

Cleveland with another win. That division is crazy!

Take him out before we play Patriots. TBF, Vikings did a good job defensively on the pass game. Rodgers was getting frustrated at times.

For any other team having to play Broncos, Colts, Lions and Packers in a row would be almost certainly lethal, but Pats are a machine.

Brilliant win! Another very difficult game out of the way.

Defense was superb all game. Offense dropped off the second half but did great in the first half to get the lead and that's all that was needed in the end. Blount is back!

Packers up next, should be fun.

I get that Belichick was making a point, but I think that's poor management. He's probably just killed all the confidence Gray had.

I haven't been able to watch the game, did he get a single snap tonight at all. I'm not sure if its poor management as such. Plenty of Patriot players in the past have had similar treatment for being late haven't they?

Either way this is just the way Bill is...ruthless...and to be honest that is probably what makes them such a ruthless group of players on game day.

I reckon the intention was always to play Blount in front of Gray when they resigned Blount, I'm sure his confidence will be fine, Bill knows what he is at by now.

I watch shit loads of NFL these days and am taking it all in, learning as I go. I've therefore watched a lot of PI calls trying to learn what actually constitutes one. I've noticed they really seem to be called differently on Seattle. It's ridiculous. Is it due to the fact that Seattle have a reputation?

No snaps at all today.

He's done it before, but IMO it's a bit excessive to sit him the entire game. Revis didn't miss any snaps after being told to go home from practice earlier this year and in the past he's sat players for a drive or 2, but I don't think a player has ever sat an entire game after going 200 yards & 4TDs.

But I guess that's what makes the Pats (and Bill) unique and so successful.

Seattle defence is finally back!

Our offensive line however...

Dolphins have had an excellent half but only lead by 4 with Peyton to get the ball to start the second half.

Pretty shit weekend with the Bengals and to a lesser extent the Browns winning. Hoping the Saints can get the win tomorrow against the Ravens.

Yea I'm watching. Every time I think the Broncos are getting their shit together something goes wrong.

Knighton is awesome, he really can move considering he's basically a house with legs.

fecking Miami. Picked off, that should be enough to get the win.

Going to be a good win for Denver, tough game.

Big performance from our defence there. Smashed the 9-1 Cardinals. Bring on the 49ers.

(Minus Fitz but still.)

I'm not going to get too excited but I think we might just have got our players back and playing well at just the right time.

Have you rolled over Washington yet?
just finished 17-13, it was a poor game to watch to be honest, Thursday is a massive game for both of us.

Hasn't been a pretty season for either of us..

Very annoying I can't watch this one live as it's on so late here.

Oooh, TD Miami! Onside kick time....

Edit: actually 2 pt time first...

Edit 2: 2pt is good. Now onside time...
