Elite!!

Giants are actually playing well, didn't think he had to go for that deep pass.

Seahawks TD but a very lucky drive. 2 fumbles, both recovered.

That said, they're just running through the Giants D this half. Lynch dominating.

Cutler surely will be replaced next season.

True, indeed.

Cutler is baffling though, I'm near convinced he's doing it on purpose.

It is strange. He's got an excellent RB, very good receivers and has plenty of experience yet continually makes mistakes. I would be shocked if they kept him beyond this season, unless his fortunes really change in the remaining games.

I think the only reason they keep his is because there just isn't someone better available.

Feck sake though, get one of them "game managers" in and they'd probably be much more solid, if less explosive when his random 50 yard bombs come off.

Let me put this joke of a day down in the history books.

Palmer - 7 (Torn ACL)
Le'Veon - 6
Lacy - TBD
ARob - 8
Alshon - TBD
Julio - 11
Clay - 4
Miami D - 6
S. Graham - 7

I benched Martavis at the zero hour and played ARob instead. To put the cherry on the shit sundae, the guy I played had Luck on a bye, started Derek Carr, had Marshawn Lynch go for 40 and is beating me by 60.

Let off, was hoping we would score that and put the boots to them. Still a bad scoreline for them though. Few players will be pulled way early.

Kap's throw on 4th & 10 to save our season...

It depends on if you can beat Seattle when you play them in two weeks time. Only one of you is making it out of that division.

True. We really need two wins out of two against the Hawks. We've been getting closer to beating them at their place, but to do so will need us to play a full 4 quarter game on offense - something we haven't done so far this season.

But having Smith back next week will definitely help us. Think Willis will still be out for a while, which is not good.

Biggest thing for me is we need to figure out our play calling. Right after the 51 yard pass, we had the ball within field goal range with about a minute or so left. rather than run 3 running plays to empty the clock before we kicked our FG, we call 3 pass plays that end up incomplete...meaning we gave the Saints the ball back after the FG with 44 seconds on the clock. Ridiculous and it could have cost us the game (had Graham not pushed off).

The second thing we need to fix is the number of drops our receivers had. Boldin had 5 I think (or maybe even 6) including one that could have gone for a TD on 3rd down. Crab had a couple - including one right before his 4th down catch. David also had at least one, plus a couple he didn't even seem to make any effort to catch, so hard to call them drops. I think we need to use Stevie Johnson more - he seems more dependable than Crabtree right now.

But think it was Boldin who said it right - every week is playoff football for us now.

The way we're playing at the moment, I could see the 49ers beating us.

Currently tanking it in my fantasy league. Had a shot earlier on as I was in 2nd/most of the time but currently on a losing streak of about 3 or 4 weeks. Knew it was over when I got beat by a guy who hadn't checked his team since week 2 and one of his starting lineup was on a bye that week. Lost my touch majorly.

Borland is playing unbelievably well. I was really high on him at Wiscy and thought it was a great pick because he's built like a tank despite being 5'11" or whatever. I think if San Fran can run the ball and wear Seattle down like Dallas and STL and Carolina did, they'll have a chance but they can't rely on Kaep to throw it 40 times. He's just not good enough. But naturally, as a Michigan fan, I hope you finish 7-9, Harbaugh quits/gets fired, Hackett presents him with a blank check and he comes home. :D

Is Bowman out for the season? At least Willis is coming back and Aldon Smith is coming back this week against the Giants but it might be a week or two for him to be back to being a beast on the pass rush. Defense is going to get you to the playoffs if you make it.

They had a better player last season - McCown. Cutler is on the bigger contract and for some reason is considered good.

Bowlen and Elway, spurred on by that arrogant prick, McDaniels, traded him and a fifth round draft pick for Orton. Kyle Orton. KYLE ORTON. Let that sink in a bit.

Orton proceeded to inevitably lose his job to the worst QB in the past decade, a name I refuse to mention.
