Hernandez looks like he is fecked, Gronk with another back surgery, Welker gone...feck sake so much for having one of the better offensive lines in the NFL, its quickly starting to fall apart into tiny pieces.

As for Tebow: he might make it as a power runner/fb-type, but I'd be very surprised if he ends up as a TE. Lawyers say it's all circumstantial evidence and a flimsy case, but they don't lock someone up with no bail on a flimsy case, especially not someone rich and famous.
They lock up and remand bail because he's a flight risk. Anyone with that much money is a flight risk.
