NFL Dynasty League

Finally, here are the two options for scheduling. I want to get some feedback but at the moment I'm leaning towards option 2.

  1. Week 1 and Week 13 are battle royale, top 6 in points get wins, bottom 6 get losses. Week 2-12 is round robin.
  2. 4 divisions of 3 teams each. Week 1-11 is round robin. Week 12 and Week 13 you play your division rivals again. 4 division winners + 2 wild cards make playoffs.

Hmm, I'll go for option 2. Actually don't really care, but the battle royale format where the top 6 in points get wins for weeks 1 and 13 seems kinda strange.

I am leaning towards option 2, adds more realism and is different from the usual fantasy leagues.
 
Next poll should be who had the best draft. I’m not sure overall, but @altodevil had the best first 2 rounds. Taking Hopkins and still getting David Johnson at 19 who might end up a top-5 RB was a coup.

I wanted him at 14 but by the time my next pick rolled around there would’ve been over a dozen WRs gone.
 
Yo @Eboue, when I try to add players to my taxi squad it's only allowing me to place Chubb, Jacobs and Badgley there. For everyone else, there's no open checkbox and instead says "Cannot be demoted" under the "Demote to Taxi Squad?" column.
 
As far as balance goes (which I think is the key to having a good fantasy team), I quite like @rpitroda's team. Stacked at both RBs and WRs. Only weakness possibly being at TE.

As for the worst draft, for me it was a tossup between @Florida Man (no standout RBs) and @Nicky Moore (no standout WRs).
 
How will free agency work? Will it be auction based? Or will the waiver order be dependent on your record or when you've last picked someone up off the waiver wire? Please don't let it be awarded to the first person who puts a bid in.

it was set to 2 years or less experience. try now
 
By the way, if you’re on your mobile, if you go League Menu —> Reports —> League —> Draft, and then select Grid view at the top, it’s a pretty cool way to look through the whole draft.

It's not fine to tank by benching Julio Jones in favor of Hunter Renfrow. Each lineup spot must be filled each week with a player who is not on a bye and has a reasonable chance of playing. I'm not going to make any further rules except that I'll know it when I see it and the league will punish accordingly.

Short version is that rehauling your roster is legitimate tanking, purposely starting a bad lineup is not legitimate tanking.

You might want to consider a rule that people need to pay entry fees in advance for years of which they've traded a draft pick. Countless stories about pricks trading away future assets and then leaving the league.

Can you post the full teams once the draft is completed? Wanna see how it all went down.

For WRs, I definitely like Chetan's team best. For RBs, probably RedIceland or yourself, although it's close.
