NFL 2023

Julio Jones away to the Eagles. Would have been a great move a couple years ago not sure how much he has left but you never know.

If i was an Eagle I'd like them making a move like this and going for it rather than sticking with what they have
He had some decent games with us, his legs will just fail him multiple times during the season.

So the science is innovative & cutting edge when it comes to Achilles injuries, but the science is apparently flawed & biased when it comes to Covid...

Chiefs have re-signed Mecole Hardman from the Jets and Frank Playoff Clark has pretty much confirmed he's coming back too on Twitter.

Even as a fellow nail polish wearer, this is just a cnutish move by them.

Is he really THAT good, a generational talent?

Is this even a thing!?

No, they passed a rule against it. It's just a crap aggregator digging up a months' old topic which is moot now. You should ignore Dov Kleiman as he's shite.
It’s important to remember that neither Rodgers nor Williams are currently pursuing this strategy. They can’t. The whole point of the July 26 story was to provide concrete examples of players whose desires were completely and conclusively thwarted by the new rule the league adopted. And common sense suggests that the league would not have seen the need to close the door to player equity if no player was trying to get it.

Yes.

Yes.
On the surface it sounds like nonsense because the value of the shares acquired would have to count against the cap and then you have the issue with what happens if he leaves and is competing against a team that he partly owns. It's just too messy to bother allowing it to happen.

Manning level?
If the recent ESPN article quoting anonymous 'NFL execs' is to be believed, he would have been taken ahead of TLaw and Burrow which puts him into Luck/Manning territory. I don't know if that's a consensus though; hell there were some hot takes about the North Carolina guy Drake Maye going ahead of him.

He’s legit. His combination of arm talent and running ability is unlike anything we’ve seen before coming out of college. Seems to be a good one between the ears as well if reports are to be believed right now.

Basically a bigger, stronger level up version of Kyler imo who is better through the air and on the ground. Guaranteed 1.01 in next year’s draft if he declares.

Better than Vick?

Murray isn't in the same time zone v. Vick.

That Saints playcalling....in midfield and rush twice to get a 3rd and a short 3. Then proceed to turn the ball over by throwing 2 low percentage passes that were incomplete.

This is just pitiful stuff. Feck the Saints man. If I’m staying up to stupid o’clock, I’m watching the baseball instead.

I’d honestly fire Allen and Carmichael tonight.

As a Patriots fan, imagine how I must feel!

At least you’ve had unprecedented success and are now struggling with the same legendary coach you won all that stuff with, it’s the sentimentality that’s holding you back, in a way. We’re struggling because we put our faith in a failed HC, who has put his faith in an awful OC and a bang average QB.

Never thought I'd see the day that you called for a manager to be sacked!

I was pretty anti- Conte and anti Mourinho and openly called for their heads to be fair. It is Sarri, Tuchel and Potter whose dismissals I advocated against. But yeah generally speaking, I prefer to give a manager time. But this Saints and Dennis Allen situation would be like if Chelsea hired Moyes after he gets sacked by West Ham and to no-one's surprise, he continued to struggle while serving up dogshit football.

Yeah - true - although I’m sure United fans might have something to say about this angle of thought!

I'm getting fecked over by Sky. They keep on selecting the Chiefs game as the live 6pm/9pm game on Sunday so I can't watch it on DAZN because of the blackout.

Really think we are losing to the Broncos today.
