2/5 over 34 points i don't think i would even risk that tonight
Some guy bet half a million when it was DEN +4. It’s moved all the way to +2 due to the Baker injury among other things, so he must be feeling swell.
I don’t think it’s too early to start talking about replacements for Vic. Daboll the OC at Buffalo and Kellen Moore seem to be the hot names. I have always liked Leftwich, but he’s only marginally more experienced than Moore. We might be wary of those two after the last couple times we gave a young coordinator their first gig, especially given the ownership situation.
I don’t know if they were serious with the suggestion or it was an NFC East fan trolling me , but Pederson has to be in the conversation for the above reasons. He and Daboll might be at the top of the list unless a top NCAA coach decides to take the leap; I can tell you Riley and Matt Campbell won’t be one of those here. Can’t speak for one of the hot B1G or PAC names.
Bieniemy will not be an option for Denver, supposedly. Some took issue with me saying there might be more to him not getting a job than discrimination last offseason, but I’m just telling you what I’ve heard…so take that for what you will.
Riley is the only college coach I would take as he would install a similar offense to what Kingsbury has done in AZ and has a similar creative mind to the latter. Joe Brady more than Kellen Moore for me is the real deal but I think he needs another year before he can make the step up into a head coaching role.
You don’t necessarily need a ‘type’ of QB; they’re usually QB-friendly offenses sort of like Shanahan’s.You need that type of QB though if you’re going to install a college coach. They don’t have that at present.
Moore really is interesting. He’s so young but what he’s doing on that offence in Dallas is pretty special. I think though he might still need a bit more time. But won’t be long until teams come calling.

Besides, you install the right coach/GM first that will then find the right QB. That is what Zona did, which is working despite the coach being a bit daft because they found a QB.

I just can’t believe that the Broncos signed Bridgewater and didn’t get a good prospect through the draft or try to go big for some sort of a good trade . A top QB can turn teams around so quickly
There weren't any good QBs available in this draft or last one for that matter, that would've been better than Bridgewater.
As much as I love Surtain, passing on Fields was a miss imo. There weren't any good QBs available in this draft or last one for that matter, that would've been better than Bridgewater.
Maybe not for this season but Fields & Jones have the potential to be really good pretty soon. Nothing I have seen from Bridgewater tells me that he will ever be anything beyond a decent starter

He’s my personal number one pick. Got to love a guy that tries to win a game for his team on a broken leg.I think they go after Byron Leftwich.

I probably wouldn’t have him as the odds-on favorite though.
Yeah, not gonna be a tough choice this week.RedZone can't start quick enough today. Shame the clock didn't go back this week
Not having to worry about Geno Smith for another good 24 hours makes RedZone a lot easier to sit through as well of courseYeah, not gonna be a tough choice this week.
