NFL 2020

You're likely spot on. Maybe NFL fans will finally get a SB I rematch some 54 years later.
I'd take that. My only worry is that our defence will be good to begin with and then be told to go into soft coverage which Mahomes will take full advantage of

But that's a long way away :)

CEH inactive today.

Would be lovely if the Browns can cause the upset.

And looks like this situation is getting worse and worse. I actually believe he will be traded now.

I guess I’m sticking with Cleveland staying within 10 points, though their last games they lost to the Jets, barely beat the Steelers who were resting players, and then had a miracle start to beat them last week.

But KC plays up or down to their competition and never seems to cover the spread.

Imagine if I told you before the 2018 draft that in 2021 Josh Allen would beat Lamar in the divisional game to make the championship game . Meanwhile Josh Rosen would almost have retired & Sam Darnold would be a bust too

Allen was drafted like 25 spots ahead because some didn’t think Lamar would work at QB, so I’d totally believe you. :D

National media still pushing the 'Watson wants to be a Dolphin' narrative hard.

I've always been all in on Tua because I firmly believe he can become a top class QB like Watson. But if you have the opportunity to actually add Watson and get a top QB straight away?

I still have huge doubts though. No matter who he wants to play for, the Texans are going to ask for an absolute fortune. And our offensive players beyond the QB are anything but ideal.

You probably know all of this, but here’s the best write-up I’ve seen on it:

SI (long read)

"But Monday morning, Reidy had a direct message from Hannah’s now-deleted Instagram account: “I saw y’all on Sunday. Do you feel proud of yourself and your new friends? Y’all have zero basis for your charades. Easy to act that way when you know nothing.” And then she saw she had been blocked."

Haha I meant that those two will be playing in the divisional game while Rosen & Darnold would have achieved nothing
There were questions about Rosen being a ‘spoiled rich kid’ who may not be fully committed despite his arm talent, so some scouts at least had that about right. I still don’t know what to think of Darnold.

I thought maybe Lamar, after his first playoff win, could drag the Ravens through. But what is for sure now is that whilst the Bills are inexperienced in the playoffs, they are actually fundamentally a very good team. And the Ravens offence works nicely against teams who have a defence which isn’t elite but as soon as you put in a defence that can stack the run and still hold its own at the back end, they stink. It’s no surprise they lose critical games. I thought this was more a Lamar issue but definitely clear it’s not after yesterday.

Browns or Chiefs, I suddenly feel like the Bills may well be the team to beat in the AFC. If the Chiefs win against the Browns, home field and experience combined with the Mahomes X factor might just get them over the line but the Bills are a genuinely good football team. I guess the only real potential weakness of the Bills is around their ability to run with running backs and not just with Allen.

Looks like the Chiefs have flipped the “it’s the playoffs, time to try now” switch

Penalties don't seem to ever impact the Chiefs - 2 and 19, cool I guess we'll just go directly for the TD then.

My parlay hopes you’re wrong :wenger: While it’s true they haven't been covering lately and they do play to their level of competition, Andy Reid has an amazing record when coming off a bye week.

No-one is beating this team outside of Bradyluck

What's the best way to get at him? I didn't see their losses this season so what worked against

What works against Mahomes? Sheer luck. You either get lucky and he has a rare off game, or you can't stop him

Beating the chiefs also seems to be a matter of pure chance. They can't win every game afterall

Really don’t like the Chiefs but that injury is really impacting Mahomes, not nice to see.
