@Raoul isn't wrong about Atlanta's predictable performance, but Seattle's problems have been predictable all season and last year as well. Our offence was incredibly inconsistent and we have the worst offensive line in the league. IMO Seattle's tiredness on the defensive side of the ball is to blame on the little help they got offensively for most of the season. I think it caught up to them. Perfect example was the first Arizona game, were they had the ball for 50 minutes and we had it for 25, if I remember it correctly.

I was referring to the mention of domination, ridiculous but predictable.

The offense has stuttered I agree:
Questionable play calling
OL
Russ hasn't been as accurate or quick
Kearse tragic
Lockett injured half the year
Running back merry go round

I don't think our defence is tired personally, I think our lack of depth and corner backs have ruined us.

Lane has been targeted all year, Shead has mostly been good
We need stronger safety backup. We've suffered without the first choice
Could do with more DL pressure, without that the secondary has been vulnerable
Could really do with not giving up so many third and forever

Have you been on any of the Seahawks boards? It's worse than here - Sack the GM, sack Pete Carroll, trade Sherman :wenger:

Gutted the Steelers game has been pushed back so late. Going to be fecking dreadful if I stay up till about 4 in the morning and we lose. In all honesty though I'm actually feeling pretty confident even with it at Arrowhead (we'll probably lose now I've said that).

This is the only message board I'm active on and it anoys me enough as it is with some of the posts in the FF. :D I think quite a bit of criticism is deserving for Carroll and Schneider. But I've seen ridiculous stuff on twitter like they got lucky a few years ago with their draft picks and aren't producing anymore. Clark, Marsh, Lockett, Prosise, Collins, McEvoy, Rawls and Richardson are all players I like. This team is still young, so I think they'll have good chance again.

The injuries to Rawls and Prosise definitely hampered us, but I'm not sure if even Lynch could have done as much as he used to behind this OL. Agree about the DL pressure, at times they've been very good and Avril has put up very good numbers, but the consistency wasn't there this year and last.

Why is it ridiculous to suggest that Atlanta dominated?

And I just don't buy the statistical argument.

For example, NE vs HOU - ultimately the statistics heavily were in Patriots favour, yet in reality if you watched the game you'd know that it was always edgy.

When watching Atlanta Seattle I just always felt Atlanta were comfortable.

Perhaps it opens it up to being highly subjective which it is, but sometimes the good old feeling and eye test is enough to judge whether something is or isn't domination.

I could do with watching a game without stress after last night and today's game.

It has the potential to be a great one as well  Rodgers with another 3 TD, 300+ yard game. Dallas has the best run defense in the league and the Packers' running game is basically non-existent, so they'll need him to be on his absolute best tonight.

I hear you. It'll be nice to just watch and hope for some great football and I just can't see this game not delivering. Only thing is, with Dak being a rookie all be it playing well, I don't think he can chase Rodgers down if Green Bay pull into a lead. If cowboys stay ahead, and aren't forced to chase, they can just put it on Zeke and that in itself will open up the passing game. One other thought though is Bryant Beasley and Witten could cause real problems for the packers if Dallas start rolling.

I missed this. Who's the new guy presenting?

Charismatic...

Wilfork think he's played his last NFL game yesterday.

:(

Should be 2 excellent games, unfortunately won't be able to stay up to watch both of them.

Think Dallas start out as favourites but if Rodgers gets going then he'll put up points. Will be interesting how the rookies do in a playoff environment (win or go home), especially if they fall behind.

Let's go Rodgers!!

Those numbers over the win streak

Rodgers does that hurry up better than anyone else. Always seems to catch the D with 12 men.

Love the giant 'field goal' placard

Excellent start from GB offense.

Er.. His knee was a mile short?

Am I blind?
He was over before it went down wasn't he?

Edit: just rewound, his knee was down but I think it's given as he didn't complete the reception until he was already down and over the line.

That doesn't matter if he's already down and touched no?

Edit- Ahhh he wasn't touched, good point @rpitroda

Huge penalty... Don't think I've ever seen that before

These officials don't miss a single thing. I wouldn't have a clue what's happening

The amount of time he had was amazing

37 yard loss from that penalty!
